Our vacation rental ocean view condo in Dana Point is at the front row of Niguel Beach Terrace complex along the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway at the end of Selva Road. It sits on top of the cliff with ocean view from dining area with elegant dining table so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or evening dinner. Watch the sailboats go by while enjoying the cool ocean breezes of the Pacific South Coast. Our condo is just less than a minute walk to the pool & 2 Jacuzzis and also just 1 minute walk to the Beach Access. Beach showers and car park is just across the complex. Great for your honeymoon, getaways, retreat and peaceful sanctuary.
It is turnkey ready for you and your family to enjoy. Wheelchair accessible and fully furnished. We got 2 bedrooms and 2 full size bath. This is the largest 2 bedrooms in the complex (nearly 1100 square feet) and has 2 private patios for barbecues, relaxing and having fun! The master bedroom has king size bed, oak wood cabinets, dresser, private bathroom, Cable TV, phone that you can use locally without extra charge. The second bedroom has queen size bed with additional futon for additional occupancy, AM/FM alarm clock, wood cabinets and sliding door connecting to the second patio. The bathrooms has big mirror and vanity, stocked with bathroom tissues, bar soap, hairdyer and fresh towels. The living room has sectional sofa with Cable TV, Stereo, Board Games and High speed Internet Access. A great place for you to relax after your great outdoor adventure while watching TV or listening to your favorite music. Fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal for your family during your stay. The closets have flat iron, high chair, playard, towels and linens. Condo is light, bright and clutter free with lots of storage.
The main patio has gas BBQ grill with wooden dining table and chairs perfect for your outdoor dining, playing games or just hanging out anytime of the day. Washer and dryer is located in its own closet in the main patio. The second patio closet is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, boogie boards and beach toys that you can enjoy at the beach. Just pack your camera, swimwear, sunscreen and explore the beautiful pristine sands of Dana Point! Situated on the Headland Bluffs overlooking Salt Creek Strands Beach, you can enjoy leisurely strolls on sandy beaches and quick daytrips to a multitude of recreational opportunities throughout Southern California. Salt Creek Beach is just across from the condo. There is an easy set of flat stairs to get down to the beach which is kid friendly. Steps are not accessible for wheelchair. Other beaches that you can visit are Doheny Beach which is 3 minutes drive, Capistrano Beach is 4 minutes drive and Laguna Beach which is 5 minutes drive from the condo. It is centrally located to all major Southern California attractions. Our Dana Point Vacation Rental is perfect for your romantic get-away, your family vacation or snowbird retreat.

- King Bed: The carpeted Master Bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with Telephone with speaker, AM/FM Alarm Clock, Television with cable, TV remote control, and big closet in both sides plus connecting to Main Patio with dining table and chair and Gas BBQ grill which is great for outdoor dining while enjoying the summer breeze of Dana Point. Master Bedroom has also private full bathroom with stock of bathroom tissue and bar soap.
- Queen Bed: The Second Master Bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed plus a futon that can be converted into a queen size bed with AM/FM Alarm Clock and spacious closet. Connecting to second patio with chairs and table.

- Crib: We care for your kids so we have a playard which is located at the masters bedroom inside the closet and high chair available for kids which is located inside the cabinet beside the dining table.

- Shared Pool: A Shared large pool with deck chairs and shaded area is available for your use and it is a few walks from our condo. We provide pool and jacuzzi key which is located inside the kitchen drawer to enter this facility that includes a restroom, changing room, drinking fountain and shower.

- Full Kitchen: Electric Stove, Oven, Blender, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster and high-chair for the infant. Everything you need is here!

Vilma is a native of the Philippines with a degree in business. We are demolition and real estate development contractors.
Why the Owner Chose Monarch Beach
We love this location because Niguel Beach Terrace has the easiest direct access to the beach which is just rigth across from our unit and it is located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway 1! Easy walking distance to the famous Ritz Carlton Hotel which we love doing every morning and get some breakfast and coffee at nearby cafe. This is very peaceful and quiet resedential zone and close to all the greatest attractions Southern California has to offer. Dana Point Harbor is the Jewel of Orange County and is just minutes away from the condo. There are lots of activities and events going on there all year round so staying in our condo is always fun and lots of adventure. This place has upscale ammenities abound the local area. Watersports and other recreational options are endless in Dana Point and we are very happy that we found this place.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our family enjoys visiting the beach frequently because there is direct public access just across the street from our condo. Our complex boasts a private newly remodeled pool and spa area as well as a separate second spa and patio area. Both have showers and lounge chairs for owners and guests. Days at the beach and nights on the town are what Dana Point are all about. Our condo has a wonderful Catalina Island Ocean View from the dining room table. You can read the morning paper and watch the sail boats drift by!
