A GREAT place for all seasons! A five-minute walk to AVALANCHE BAY WATER PARK at the base of Boyne Mountain - fun for all ages during all seasons.
Golfers/Summer Season:
Take advantage of great golfing on Boyne Mountain's two championship courses (Alpine and Monument). A 20-30 minute drive will get you to Treetops, Bay Harbor, or Boyne Highlands, where a multitude of other courses are available to be played.
Boyne Resort also has a private beach and privileges (free use of nine-hole putting green, shuffleboard, paddleboats, kayaks, and sailboats) at Deer Lake. Enjoy the Beach House restaurant which overlooks the beach for elegant indoor or outdoor dining with a terrific view of the lake. Nearby Boyne City, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, and Charlevoix offer a multitude of dining and shopping options; all are less than 20 minutes from the condominium.
Take a chairlift ride (weekends) up the mountain! You can even take your mountain bike and explore the miles of trails! Tennis, basketball and swimming are also just a short walk away.
Skiers/Winter Season:
Snow skiing, cross-country skiing, and boarding fun is just a short walk from the condominium. Sledding, tubing, and ice skating are located very close by (use the Boyne shuttle to the tubing hill!). Although not located on the property, there are miles of snowmobile trails a short drive away.
Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and giant hot tub located at the main lodge. The pool and hot tub are open year round and are a great way to relax after a hard day on the slopes.
