Available starting Jan 1 2010. Our goal is to rent it until June, minimum stay would be 1 month. Our home is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, tri-level home. We have an extra den room with twin beds, king beds in both bedrooms, so 6 people can sleep comfortably. The livingroom and master bedroom both open to a large sunny deck that is perfect for lazy afternoons and evening dining. Remodeled kitchen with counter to dining area looks over livingroom. Livingroom is very open and comfortable with DVD player and large flat screen TV. Patio with barbeque in front gets morning sun. Remodeled master bath and new tile in both bathrooms. New carpet layed in 2007. Washer and dryer is in second bathroom. Internet wireless is provided for easy use and cable connection is provided for use in livingroom or dining area.
We are in a quiet area of Seabluff, just a block away from the private steps to one of the best beaches in the county. In addition to being right on the coast, Seabluff also has 2 heated pools,spa, lit tennis courts and large grassy areas. Seabluff has a gated entrance for privacy and a security patrol for additional safety.
There is really nothing like Seabluff in the San Diego area. You can literally walk for miles on the sandy beach and have days where you never use your car. Of course if you do venture out, you are in easy driving distance to everything San Diego has to offer. For golfers, we are within minutes to two nice public courses and two high end resort courses, LaCosta and Aviara.
