  Thanks again for the wonderful holiday in Barbados. We feel that we were in the part of the island we liked the most. Mullins, Gibbes and the neighbouring beaches are just perfect; isolated in places but with facilities like beds, parasols and drinks when needed. It was also nice to have such an eclectic choice of eating establishments so close to hand; from cheap and cheerful rum shacks like Chris's to the superb Mangos, all within a few minutes taxi ride.The apartment was just wonderful with everything you could possibly need and such delightful decorations and furnishings. Delia ,Eudine and Andrew provided just the right level of help. We would unreservedly recommend Casablanca and can't wait to make a return visit.   13 years ago the home in which we always stayed in Barbados was sold and we though we would never find accomodations which could compare. We were wrong. We arrived at Casablanca and found paradise! Casablanca is a 4 unit complex at the end of a quiet street. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The on-site staff of Claudette and Waterman are gracious and friendly and always willing to help you in any way they can. We were pleasantly surprised when we found our freshly laundered clothes in our apartment each afternoon compliments of Claudette. We certainly didn't expect to be that spoiled! The pool area is very private and on some days we had the pool all to ourselves. Mullins Beach is within walking distance and Gibbes Beach is also very close. If you are looking for a relaxing, restful, peaceful and quiet holiday you cannot go wrong with being a guest at Casablanca. We were planning a return trip before our first visit had even ended!

  The apartment was just what I hoped and imagined it to be - spacious, bright and airy. As soon as I walked in I was impressed with the furnishings, cleanliness and obvious attention to detail. The housekeeper had opened the bifolding doors from the lounge and master bedroom and the whole apartment was bathed in bright bajan sunshine. It was ideally positioned being a short stroll to Mullins beach but away from the coast road, and a great base for exploring the island. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and hope it won't be long before I return!

  My husband not I had the pleasure of staying in Casablanca for three weeks. It did not disappoint in any way! The apartment is decorated in a airy island style, white furnishings with color accents in pillows and pictures. Both bathrooms are clearly recently updated. It is on the top floor which allows for breezes to circulate from the front bedroom into the rest of the space. Every morning I loved opening up all the doors and taking in the air and sun. The apartment's kitchen is well equipped and the linens and towels are perfect. There is an outdoor grill to cook up the fresh fish that you can by at the nearby fish markets. Casablanca is in an ideal location. The units are at the end of a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors. Speightstown and Holetown are just minutes away where te shopping and dining is all we need. We have never stayed down south, too touristy and crowded. A new beach restaurant opened to the north just past the Texaco station called Bombas. It is owned by Wayne and welcoming Rasta who used to have a restaurant of the same name in Payne's Bay. He's back and the food is fresh (all local fish and ingredients) and quite reasonable prices. We always rent a car from Stoute's. The island has so much to offer that not to drive and get "lost" would be a crying shame. It is a short walk to either Mullins Beach or Gibbs. Another nearby beach that is a few minutes south (Reeds Bay or locally known as Thunder Bay) is a great choice. Local guys there will rent sun loungers ( they hang out under a tree). A few of many great things to do: Good Times Catamaran trip (love them, you get the boat nearby, no driving to Bridgetown!!) Hunte's Garden (bring a picnic and enjoy the afternoon) St. Nicolas Abbey (recently restored) River Bay (you'll need a really good map, spectacular views) Martin's Bay, Thursday only, for a local fish fry (we were the only gringos) We were fortunate to meet terrific people staying at Casablanca and often had cocktails around the pool in the late afternoon. We are lucky enough to be returning to Casablanca next winter for a six week stay. I first came to Barbados eighteen years ago and Casablanca is by far my favorite place to stay. The staff are wonderful Bajans who are always willing to help and love to laugh. Casablanca is fortunate to have them. Dreaming about our return! Thank you.

  This was the second visit to this fabulous apartment and, if anything, it was better than the first time. Everything is top quality and is kept scrupulously clean by the staff who are willing to put themselves out to make your stay a happy one. We did not hire a car this time and so made our way around mostly on the 'yellow' buses which is an experience in itself! We went to Hunters Gardens which is such a beautiful and unique place that it is difficult to describe and even photographs do not do it justice, it is one of those places that you could visit time and time again and still be overawed by it's beauty. The Bajun people are friendly and welcoming and are always willing to stop and have a chat. We went to a number of restaurants including The Fishpot, Mullins Beach Bar and a small one called 'Bombas' which is just a short walk from the apartment. The only thing at Bombas is, don't have the spicy chips unless you have a lining of asbestos in your throat! The food everywhere we went was enjoyable, good value for money and of an excellent standard whether it be at the cheap end or the expensive end of the spectrum. All in all, a fantastic holiday and we hope it's not the last one that we spend on Barbados.

  We are lucky enough to have been to the fabulous island of Barbados many times but decided this time to stay further up on the West Coast. We had a fantastic time and the apartment could not have been in a more ideal position; close to the beach, bus stop (as we didn't hire a car for the first few days) and a number of wonderful restaurants (all price options catered for!!). The apartment was perfect, extremely well looked after and had a lovely 'feel' to it. The gardens and pool were spotless - thanks to Waterman!the maintenance man. Solly and Kathy were on hand to look after us if we needed anything - not just in and around the apartment but the Mullins area and the island as a whole. Solly is a font of all knowledge and extremely helpful. All in all an apartment which is perfect for up to 4 people (room sizes are excellent) and one that we would certainly book again.   We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for two weeks. We were two couples who truly enjoyed this spacious accommodation. This unit rates an A+ on many levels. It is ideally located in a safe, quiet, upscale residential area close to Mullins and Gibbs Beaches. The apartment has all the amenities we look for - cleanliness, comfy beds with crisp white linens, a well-equipped kitchen and stylish furnishings. It has tremendous visual appeal with the open french doors leading to the terrace which is surrounded by brillant bougainvillaea flowers. There is always a warm tropical breeze flowing through the apartment. The staff are excellent and maid service including fresh bed linens and clean towels are provided twice weekly. As there are only four units in this building, it is very private and you will often have the pool area to yourself. The gardens are lush and the pool is pristine. There are excellent dining venues (to suit all budgets) and grocery shopping available in nearby Holetown. On a final note, the owners are very professional and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Barbados is a beautiful island with gorgeous beaches and breathtaking vistas and the people are warm and friendly. Sandra D. Brown

  We stayed in the appartment Feb 2010 and have been lucky enough to stay again Feb 2012. The appartment and Barbados were everything we remembered and more. We were really pleased that the owners clearly mantain and look after the appartment well, there were some lovely touches by the staff on our arrival and the staff remained helpful throughout. I really could not rate this appartment and it's location highly enough!

  Casblanca was a real find and we were delighted with how spacious the apartment was on arrival. It was so peaceful and relaxing with everything you needed inside. It is very well mantained and all the rooms are air conditioned.It was 5 minutes from Mullins Beach which is gorgeous and not too busy. The children (2 and 5) had a great time in the pool although needed to be supervised as the shallow end is quite deep. The house keeper was really helpful as were the agents. They even provided a fantastic babysitter! Highly recommended for a family of 4. We hope to return every year! Many thanks to the owners.

  We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. The apartment was very well equiped and the location was perfect. Near Holetown and Speightown and a few minute walk from a very beautiful beach. The photos you see is exactly what you will. A spacious ad very comfortable(even the beds) apartment with a lot of wind coming in and a nice looking over the pool. People working around are more than welcoming and always there to help. We definitely recommand this place and hope to go back one day. Barbados is a must see island with a lot to see and do.
