My family stayed at this wonderful beach cottage mid-October. It took us awhile to get the hang of where everything was because it was so huge! The price was great for all the space and the great location! Walking distance to almost EVERYTHING! Didn't want to leave...can't wait to go back to this beautiful cottage! Janice was such a sweet lady and a huge help with any questions we had. Couldn't ask for a better owner!

MY FAMILY STAYED HERE THE WEEK BEFORE THE FOURTH OF JULY AND THOROUGHLY ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE. IT IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERY ONE OF US. WE AR HOPING TO RETURN NEXT YEAR.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in June-July 2010. There is plenty of room in this "cottage". We had every age range from 70 to 3 years old and we all had a blast. Everything was absolutely wonderful and Janice was so friendly and easy to deal with. I would definately stay again. Who knows, maybe this fall for a week.:) Janice was so accomodating and even allowed us to check in a day early.

My family and I just returned from a spring break trip stay at Beach Cottage on Jones. Don't let the word "cottage" fool you as there is tons of room and plenty of privacy for everyone. Great comfy "beachy shabby chic" decor: we all felt at home and were able to relax. House is a convenient walk to everything in Tybee. We parked the car and never got back in it until we had to leave: back beach pier/AJs, ocean side, and the Strand shopping and restaurants. One block over to the bike path and we had a great time seeing Tybee on our rented bikes. Thanks to the owners for making this a great stay!

The Beach Cottage on Jones was a perfect place for our entire month of February getaway. It was cozy and comfortable, regardless of the wintry rainy weather. And on nice days, it's an easy walk to the beautiful Tybee beaches, restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful "snow bird" escape and appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. We definitly are planning to come back.

We spent several days here on Thanksgiving and loved every minute and will go again. Wonderful people to work with and the house was bigger than we thought. You can walk to the beach and several nice places to eat.

We stayed at the Beach Cottage on Jones in July/2010 for 5 days. This is a cozy, beautiful cottage. We felt so comfortable here. It was like our home away from home. When we arrived it was very clean. Janice is a wonderful lady to work with. She was so informative of restaurants and places to visit in the Tybee & Savannah area. We will definitely be returning for another vacation. If you are looking for a homey and cozy place, this is definitely the place to rent!

This was by far one of the best places I have stayed at on Tybee, it is truly a home away from home. I recommend this cottage to anyone who is planning a trip with family or a large group. The rooms are spacous, clean and private. The location of the cottage is great, just park and walk to everything. You only need to bring your clothes and yourself , nothing else. The owners of this property have done a wonderful job in making this home into a welcoming vacation home to my family and we will visit again. I hope you get the chance to vacation here a I did, and see for yourself. Tybee 2010
