We just got back from our Spring Break at Tybee Island and had a fabulous time! We felt so comfortable in this house as soon as we walked in. It had plenty of room for us, my parents and two 11 year old boys that can never sit still. The yard is large enough for the kids to play in, which by the looks of the other yards in the area is a luxury! My parents had a great time as well and were already talking about coming back before we had left. Janice was so nice and I would recommend this property to anyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

1st off: Thank You to Janice! she was so great & very quick responding to all my questions when emailing her! 2nd : this house has PLENTY of room. We had a group of 4 couples & we did not "step on each others toes" at all. & literally a (very) short walk to the beach! It was real close to The pier & all that surrounds it! I live in Savannah & celebrated my 30th birthday here & will DEFINITELY stay here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My family and I enjoyed our recent vacation on Tybee. The cozy house we rented suited all our needs. It was within walking distance to everything on the south end of the island. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay in this cottage again. The owners are so very nice to work with and also very accommodating. They even let us take a look at the house several months before our vacation. I so appreciate them for letting us do that. It helped to know the location and floor plan of the house before we stayed there. We would definitely recommend this cottage to others.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family stayed at this wonderful beach cottage mid-October. It took us awhile to get the hang of where everything was because it was so huge! The price was great for all the space and the great location! Walking distance to almost EVERYTHING! Didn't want to leave...can't wait to go back to this beautiful cottage! Janice was such a sweet lady and a huge help with any questions we had. MY FAMILY STAYED HERE THE WEEK BEFORE THE FOURTH OF JULY AND THOROUGHLY ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE. IT IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERY ONE OF US. We stayed here for 2 weeks in June-July 2010. There is plenty of room in this "cottage". We had every age range from 70 to 3 years old and we all had a blast. Everything was absolutely wonderful and Janice was so friendly and easy to deal with. I would definately stay again. Who knows, maybe this fall for a week.:) Janice was so accomodating and even allowed us to check in a day early.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I just returned from a spring break trip stay at Beach Cottage on Jones. Don't let the word "cottage" fool you as there is tons of room and plenty of privacy for everyone. Great comfy "beachy shabby chic" decor: we all felt at home and were able to relax. House is a convenient walk to everything in Tybee. We parked the car and never got back in it until we had to leave: back beach pier/AJs, ocean side, and the Strand shopping and restaurants. One block over to the bike path and we had a great time seeing Tybee on our rented bikes. Thanks to the owners for making this a great stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

The Beach Cottage on Jones was a perfect place for our entire month of February getaway. It was cozy and comfortable, regardless of the wintry rainy weather. And on nice days, it's an easy walk to the beautiful Tybee beaches, restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful "snow bird" escape and appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. We definitly are planning to come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

We spent several days here on Thanksgiving and loved every minute and will go again. Wonderful people to work with and the house was bigger than we thought. You can walk to the beach and several nice places to eat.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
