  The condo was great. First, Gina was so helpful in our trip planning. She told us how to get discount lift tickets and ski lessons and even offered to obtain them for us. Then, she allowed us to ship our ski clothes to her and she went out of her way to pick the clothes up for us. The condo itself was perfect for my family. My 3 boys (14, 12 and 10) renamed the bedroom in the basement as the "man cave." They hung out down there everynight playing and watching TV. The upstairs master was spacious and cozy. The condo is litererally less than a 5 minute drive to the Canyons and 8 minutes to Park City, which by the way, has free parking at the base of the slopes. It is also only 3 minutes from Kimball Junction, where there are about a dozen good restaurants if you want to stay out of historic Park City for dinner. All around a great place. I highly recommend it to anyone with a family who doesn't want to pay $700+/night for ski in and ski out. Thanks again to Gina for being so helpful and gracious with her time and suggestions.

  Our start at the Mountain Retreat was wonderful - the towhome was spacious, close to the ski mountains and the downtown of Park City, and everything was clean too. After having rented homes multiple times through VRBO I can say the beds were comfy, linens were clean and decorations and furniture were very well kept.....You don't always get this! Sometimes when on vacation you want to get right back home to your own place and own stuff -- we didn't feel this urge -- we could have easily stayed another week. There was easy access to SLC and also, as I said, Canyons was about 3-5 minutes away and PCM just a tad farther....Deer Valley and downtown just 10-15 minutes away. We wholeheartedly recommend!!

  Great location in quiet neighborhood with mature landscaping. Close to shopping, entertainment and good restaurants. The townhouse was spacious and very comfortable with two master suites, additional bedroom, great room, kitchen/dining and loft/office. The rear grassed yard and patio with hot tub were special. We enjoyed the property for one month and plan to return for two plus months

  My 6 friends and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is conveniently located to Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons skiing, Park City restaurants and shopping, and an easy drive from Salt Lake City. The condo has a very nice layout -- the kitchen is roomy and overlooks the family room which has seating for roughly 8 people. Everything was very clean. Linens and towels were ample. We were very comfortable staying here. The owner was great! We locked ourselves out and she was very nice about meeting us immediately. Our security deposit was returned immediately, as well (no prompting required!). The tips provided for discount lift tickets & ski rentals were very helpful.

  We had a great long weekend at this house. The house comfortably fit our group of 10, and it was convenient to everything. We made use of the grill and hot tub and loved the big kitchen--a big upgrade from NYC apartments. We can't wait to go back!

  We had a great 4-night stay at this end-unit townhouse in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's a split level covering 4 different floors, so it seems like a ton of space. The master bedroom is especially impressive, complete with an adjacent study/computer/sitting area. And the outdoor hot tub rules, especially during the cold snowy weather we had. The owners were super nice to work with, and even came over to attend to a few minor items that we mentioned. We definitely hope to stay here again on a future trip to Park City!

  This was a very comfortable and clean condo. The location is perfect to get to many of the ski resorts. I will tell my friends about this clearly wonderful haven in Park City.

  We stayed here for four days over Super Bowl weekend. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable--with an excellent hot tub to boot. Close to Park City, skiing, easily accessible. The best part is the hosts--Gina and Tony are honest, helpful, and friendly. You know you're in good hands with them! Kitchen was very well-appointed, the living room was very comfortable, and everyone had fun. Even the little things you don't think about were taken care of. I've had bad experiences with a ton of condo landlords who were mean or kept our money, but Gina and Tony were flexible and accommodating. They're a (double) diamond in the rough! Stay here!

  This cabin or condo that we rented was awsome. We stayed during the Sundance Film Festival, which everyone knows in Park City is one of the most expensive times of the year. We got such a great deal on it that we wanted to stay another week. The place was clean, close to the resorts, fun, nice, and new. Customer service was great. I would deniatly recomend this property to anyone... Thanks
