Summer/Holiday Rates .... $300/night (two night minimum) .. $1500/week.
Oktoberfest ............. $400/night (two night minimum) .. $1900/week.

Deposit of one night's rent due at time of reservation.
Cancellation prior to 14 Days, refund deposit less $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellation 14 days or less, forfeit deposit.
