This spacious, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beautifully decorated Norwegian Log home is located under the gondola with direct ski in-ski out access (see map photo at bottom). Strap on your skis and ski right to the lift in the morning, then come back down for a quick lunch midday. This is the perfect slopeside location. It is only minutes from Steamboat's Gondola Square, where you will find great restaurants, shops, pubs, and ski and board services. Beautifully decorated including linens, towels and a fully outfitted kitchen - we know you will love our home as much as we do!
This two-story townhome is ideal for large gatherings such as two families or reunions. There are family rooms on both levels. The first level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to a spacious family room with a large flat screen t.v. with dvr.
The second level also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen, dining area (with a table large enough to accommodate twelve people or more), and another family room are located on this level too, along with another t.v with dvr. This allows the adults to have "grown-up time" while the kids are free to play downstairs.
Wraparound decks on both levels allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the slopes and Steamboat's famous Silver Bullet Gondola. After a day on the slopes, enjoy soaking in the large hot tub (located just a steps from your door) overlooking the mountain or relaxing in front of a fire (there are beautiful wood-burning brick fireplaces in each family room). In addition to the world famous skiing, here are some of the other activities Steamboat has to offer: Strawberry Hot Springs - relax in the beautiful, natural spring fed hot springs just 10 minutes from Steamboat; Horsebackriding, Snowmobiling; Tubing down the Yampa; Ski Jumping at Howelson; Ice Skating; Cross Country Skiing; Snowshowing; Hkiing and lots more!!!

My husband, Bill, and I have triplets (two sons and one daughter - that's them in the picture) that are now 12 years old. We all LOVE to ski and our favorite place to ski is, of course, Steamboat. It's has a little bit of everything - groomers, steeps, bumps,shoots and of course, Steamboat's famous tree skiing. There's always place to be found on the mountain where you can ski in solitude. When you top it off with Steamboat's unsurpassed Champagne Powder, the mountain can't be beat. We also love the downtown area and the fact that Steamboat is a real western town that's down to earth and has a lot of soul. Summers are great too with lots of easily accessible activities - biking down the mountain, on the Yampa trail, tubing, hiking, tennis, music festivals or strolling the downtown area - all under beautiful, crystal clear blue skies and dry, cool nights. It's hard not to fall in love with Steamboat - Ski Town USA.

We stayed here over the weekend. The pictures do not do it justice. It is adorable and definitely has a fun, cozy, log cabin feel. We had 12 adults in our party and there was plenty of room to spread out. The large table in the dining room was perfect for dinner and games. Very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others. Leila was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all emails and questions very quickly. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

A group of us stayed up here for a weekend and we had an amazing time! The owners were great to work with and the place was in a perfect location, very clean and more than comfortable for 10 girls. I would stay here again on my next trip to steamboat!

I'm finally getting around to reviewing this property. I stayed here for a getaway with a gaggle of gals. It was perfect. Huge enough that we all had our own space, but still had an essence of coziness. The kitchen had all the amenities. We took turns with gourmet meals every night and had everything we needed. No need to go out, although the Slopeside Grill is nearby. Skiied in and out. I would definitely recommend this place for families with teens, kids, groups etc. The floor plan is laid out so that everyone has space to divide up and watch movies, play games or just talk quietly by the fireplace. Leila was easy to work with, warm and very helpful. I stayed at her other fabulous property more recently with a smaller group. If you can make it to Steamboat, stay here.

We love the Norwegian Log Home!! I have a group of ski jumpers that travel from Minnesota to Steamboat every year and for the past two years have been fortunate enough to have found this home. It's our home away from home. The owners are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this property and their other property!!! The Central Division Ski Jumping Team.

This townhome is in a great location and perfect for a family or several families (family reunion?) on a trip together. It is very spacious yet cozy and charming at the same time. We had plenty of room to put the kids to bed on time and then watch movies or play games with the adults. It was also so nice to have a full-service kitchen. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Steamboat.
