This UNIQUE COMMUNITY just south of Playa del Carmen has so much to offer...like no place else you've ever stayed! And it's ALL about LOCATION and relaxation! 5 min. from our door there are beautiful white sandy beaches (complete with swim-up jacuzzi beach bar, palapas, and full beach service). A natural reef protects the shoreline for safe swimming. Just steps away from our villa, be entertained by the cavorting DOLPHINS or SEA LIONS and watch the feeding of the endangered MANATEES and other unusual animals. (Are you interested in swimming with the dolphins? Here's your chance.) You may also enjoy cocktails/dining at one of the many excellent bistros or restaurants, or peruse the quaint village shops... snorkel right off the beach... go deep-sea fishing... walking, or read a book poolside. There are several grocery stores right here. You won't even need a car... unless you want one! EVERYTHING is within a 5-10 minute walk. We also enjoy daily walks around the town, nature sites (complete with an actual Mayan Ruin and several natural cenotes), and seeing the boats in the harbors. You can even buy fresh fish for dinner from the many fishing charters nearby... and cook it on the grill or in the oven. There is so much to do right here! Plus the town of Playa del Carmen is just a taxi ride away if you want to experience the noisier more boistrous atmosphere for an evening.
The bedroom has a King-sized bed and entertainment center. The living room has a Queen-sized sofa bed. This villa is beautifully furnished... granite and marble tile are used throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Daily maid service (except Sundays). The living room sliding glass doors "disappear" into the walls to open up the large covered patio making this a spectacular setting. Did I mention that you have your own private jacuzzi right on the patio???

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
WE FELL IN LOVE WITH PUERTO AVENTURAS!!! This stretch of the Mayan Riviera has it ALL... beautiful beaches, laid back community with gated entrance, largest marina between Cancun and Belize, dolphins, manatees, sea lions, great snorkeling right off the beach that's protected by the 400 mile Meso-American Reef (the second largest in the world)... and much more. It's reachable by reasonable fairly short flights from most American/Canadian cities. Mexican people are very friendly and welcoming. Food/beverages are cheap and fresh fruits and vegetables are in abundance. It's a quiet little community, but it has many interesting shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from our door. We are right on the Grand Marina.

You can snorkel right off the beach. Read by the pool. Swim with the dolphins. Use the jacuzzi on our patio. Golf and Tennis nearby. Daily maid service. If you want you can explore the ruins right on the property... or check out our local cenote or caleta (bay). Many places to walk. We love to explore and it's all right here. My husband and I have traveled extensively all over the Caribbean always looking for some place to call home... our own "particular harbour"... and several years ago we found it. Right here in Puerto Aventuras. We dreamed we'd be able to wake up here; walk around the marina; watch people swimming with the dolphins, manatees, and sea lions while sipping on an ice cold Diet Coke or Cerveza, por favor! Or maybe while licking an ice cold ice cream cone (while watching a baby dolphin being born!) OK... I never dreamed of that, but I loved it when it happened! So we bought a beautiful villa and have been happy ever since! Let us tell you about the places to see and the marvelous things to do on your vacation. One thing you can be sure of.... is that I take your vacation very seriously. I know how important it is to be able to ask all your questions and get the help you need, when you need it. I love to tell you some of our favorite places to see and things to do, and I will research anything you need. We also have staff on-site to help while you're there. COME... and Check it out. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE! All of my renters have.

We just had a fantastic experience in Puerto Adventuras and especially at this condo. The condo was in beautiful condition, very clean and decorated in a very plush and I guess I want to use the word, luxurious way. This is our first experience in a condo situation where we have rented "sight unseen" and we were very pleasantly surprised. The photos were a good representation of the condo, but in person it was even better. We enjoyed our time relaxing in the condo but also explored nearby sights. The restaurants were varied and fun. The swim-up bar at the Omni was so much fun and we went several times to enjoy it - something that we hadn't ever done before. The owner was fantastic, answered all of our questions and was always very pleasant. She went beyond our expectations in every way, even down to advising us certain items to bring along with us and giving us ideas on places to go to enjoy our stay even more. I couldn't ask for anything better. I would definitely rent from her again and more specifically this condo. Our expereince was a delight in every way.

Our entire family (including son, daughter-in-law and 3 year old granddaughter) all love vacationing at Porto Bello Grand Marina! It is the perfect place to be active, with many attractions and cultural sites very close by - or to be not-so-active and lay by the pool, or sit at the beach, with a good book. This is truly a place where there is something for everyone, and it's all just steps away. One of our family favorites is finishing our morning walk by watching the dolphins in the lagoon "wake up" while sipping fresh-squeezed orange juice from one of the many near-by restaurants. The whole experience borders on magical. The owners of this unit provide their guests with all that is needed to anticipate their time at Porto Bello with excitement and spend their time there in the way that suits them best. The staff on site is warm and caring and eager to provide the very best in hospitality. There is not a single thing about our vacations at Porto Bello Grand Marina that we would change and we look forward to returning again and again.
