Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Condominium located in family friendly Carolina Beach, North Carolina. This is a 3rd floor end unit with a balcony that provides beautiful, direct ocean views from the living room, kitchen and Master Bedroom. There are no condos above so you won't be disturbed by footsteps overhead. I just finished remodeling the condo. It has hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile in kitchen and baths. It has been completely repainted and looks great. The beds all have brand new mattresses. It is across the street from the ocean, and the public beach access is less than a minute walk. The condominium is located in Ocean Harbor complex. The complex has a private pool for use of guests staying at Ocean Harbor. Replaced the AC/central last year and the AC is ice cold.
A short drive to historic downtown Wilmington, the USS North Carolina battleship, and museums. A state-of-the-art aquarium located in nearby Kure Beach. Come visit us in Carolina Beach and have a great family vacation!
