  We have stayed at your condo for at least 3 times! We look around, but keep returning to your well kept place. The view is lovely from the living room/deck. I rolled over one morning and raised the blinds from the bed and saw the ocean! What a treat. Cooking items have been updated and there are plenty of bowls/plates/glasses for our family of 5. It is a 30 second walk across the street to the sandy dune and you are at the beach! Such a great affordable place. We'll be back later in the season - Mark is easy to work with and so very helpful! His coffeemaker was on its last leg and one appeared that afternoon! If you are looking for a place convenient and relaxing - you've found it.

  Our family stayed the first week of August 2011 and had a wonderful time. The interior of the condo from floor to kitchen to bedrooms were awesome! The pool was large and well kept. The ease of walking across the street to the beach was great too. If we vacation in Carolina Beach next year we would definately stay here again. My only suggestion would be because we vacationed as a family with young children and didn't eat out is to add a few cooking/baking items ( cookie sheet, serving bowls, microwave bowls and oven mitts). Overall a great place to stay!

  We stayed for a week during the 4th of July holidays. The condo was as advertised. Loved having the option of using the pool or walking to the beach. We even got to watch a fireworks show from the balcony. With it being a corner unit it was very quiet the whole week. The only time we ever heard a "neighbor: was when we were out on the balcony and they were on the balcony below us. Overall a great experience. If it is just our family we will definitely return again.

  This condo exceeded my expectations! It is a gorgeous condo with plenty of space. There was no noise since it is located on the corner and top floor. Great location with great views. I hope to rent again in the future!

  This is on the corner so no noise from anyone on one side and no one above. Able to see the ocean and get a great breeze on the balcony all day long. Love the fact that the second bedroom has a full bed and single. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Also has a washer and dryer which helps with small children. Convenient to shops, stores, and restaurants. Beaches are great and not overly crowded. We have been returning for three years. We have two small grandchildren and it's nice to be able to go to the pool and swim too.
