Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Condominium located in family friendly Carolina Beach, North Carolina. This is a 3rd floor end unit with a balcony that provides beautiful, ocean views from the living room, kitchen and Master Bedroom. There are no condos above so you won't be disturbed by footsteps overhead. I just installed for this season brand new kitchen cabinets,counter top, and stainless steel sink. It has hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile in kitchen and baths. It has been completely repainted and looks great. It is across the street from the ocean, and the public beach access is less than half block away. The condominium is located in Ocean Harbor complex. The complex has a private pool for use of guests staying at Ocean Harbor. Replaced the AC/central last year and the AC is ice cold.
A short drive to historic downtown Wilmington, the USS North Carolina battleship, and museums. A state-of-the-art aquarium located in nearby Kure Beach. Come visit us in Carolina Beach and have a great family vacation!

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
This unit is a second row unit, but is located on the third floor which provide great views of the ocean. One of the main reasons I picked this condo is because it is Very close to the public beach access. I walked it today, and it took me 90 seconds. Some other condos are located a good hike from public beach access, and parking spaces fill quickly.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I take pride in my condo because it is a reflection of me. I have done alot of work on it, new kitchen cabinets, hardwood floors, new kitchen counter top, sink. I think the paint scheme is nice and have recently added more pictures and other art work. I think you will enjoy it.

Our family stayed the first week of August 2011 and had a wonderful time. The interior of the condo from floor to kitchen to bedrooms were awesome! The pool was large and well kept. The ease of walking across the street to the beach was great too. If we vacation in Carolina Beach next year we would definately stay here again. My only suggestion would be because we vacationed as a family with young children and didn't eat out is to add a few cooking/baking items ( cookie sheet, serving bowls, microwave bowls and oven mitts). Overall a great place to stay!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed for a week during the 4th of July holidays. The condo was as advertised. Loved having the option of using the pool or walking to the beach. We even got to watch a fireworks show from the balcony. With it being a corner unit it was very quiet the whole week. The only time we ever heard a "neighbor: was when we were out on the balcony and they were on the balcony below us. Overall a great experience. If it is just our family we will definitely return again.

This condo exceeded my expectations! It is a gorgeous condo with plenty of space. There was no noise since it is located on the corner and top floor. Great location with great views. I hope to rent again in the future!

This is on the corner so no noise from anyone on one side and no one above. Able to see the ocean and get a great breeze on the balcony all day long. Love the fact that the second bedroom has a full bed and single. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Also has a washer and dryer which helps with small children. Convenient to shops, stores, and restaurants. Beaches are great and not overly crowded. We have been returning for three years. We have two small grandchildren and it's nice to be able to go to the pool and swim too.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
