Experience luxury and fun at Stork’s Nest in the gated community of Carillon Beach. This beautiful home has spectacular gulf views from the covered, third-story tower porch. The gated community of Carillon is home to some great shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of amenities at Carillon; including 3 pools (1 heated), 2 tennis courts, kiddy pool, basketball hoop, bike rentals, and of course, plenty of beach front to enjoy. Speaking of the beach, your rental includes chair and umbrella reservations with the cabana beach service. Enjoy live music at "Grooving on the Green" on Wednesdays during season.
This is a large and spacious home that is within 100 feet of the beach. Sleeps up to 9 people in beds. Decorated for entertaining with an inviting lower level. Here is the layout- Downstairs: Master bedroom with 4 post King bed and TV/VCR, full bath with his/hers sinks, shower and tub, walk in closet, Guest bedroom with 2 full-size beds, TV/VCR and full bath, laundry room with adjoining outdoor shower. Upstairs: kitchen, dining area, guest room with Queen size bed and 1 twin, TV and full bath.
The living room, with its TV/VCR/DVD/stereo system, has a vaulted ceiling that is built like a ship’s hull and is arranged for watching TV on one end, or relaxing on the other. There is also plenty of porch space for enjoying the views and fresh gulf breezes: one on the 1st floor, one off the living area on the 2nd floor, one off the dining area, and one on the third level observation deck. There are even miniature Adirondack chairs for the little ones on the second floor porch.
