The Lengends Golf and Country Club offers an award winning 18 hole par 72 championship golf course known for the beautiful lakes, lush landscaping and Cypress Preserve. Golf is not available Jan. - April 15th so the rental rate is discounted compared to units that offer golf.
The Legends offers tennis, bocce ball, over two miles of walking trails, spa, hot sauna, resort waterfall club house pool and pool near the Condo. The 25,000 square foot clubhouse features casual and fine dining, lounge, billiards, card and media room, fitness center, and planned social activities such as dinner dances and card tournaments.

Rates do not include $250 social membership transfer fee, tax & exit cleaning fee.
Security fee of $500 & 25% of total rental fee due upon reservation.
Balance of rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival date.
All cancellations must be made in writing 60 days prior to arrival date.
Deposit minus cleaning fee will be refunded within 30 days after departure.
