First floor unit with 30 foot boat slip right out the back door. 1/2 bedroom with two full baths. Parking directly in front of unit. Master bed can be set as king-size or two super singles.
New furniture in living and dining 2009. We have replaced the sleeper sofa with 2 full size couches which actually offers better sleeping than the sleeper sofa.

Within walking distance of Jet Express to the Islands, Downtown Port Clinton, many marinas, Lake Erie Charter Boat Fishings, and restaurants. Only 20 minutes to Cedar Point and Kalahari Water Park for day trip amusements.
