Beautiful, furnished one bedroom and one bath condo with full size Murphy bed stored in cherry cabinetry in living room to sleep two additional guests. Tall ceilings, huge windows (with silk floor to ceiling drapes) and hardwoods throughout. Living room has a nine foot down couch, two large upholstered chairs, matching ottoman and Persian rug. Two ornamental marble fireplaces in living room and bedroom. Bathroom tiles have been reglazed. Bathroom has a chandelier. New eat in kitchen with new appliances and rear door separate entrance from front door. Italian, washer/dryer all in one unit. Assigned off street parking for one car and guest spaces available first come first serve.
