Tall ceilings, huge windows (with silk floor to ceiling drapes) and hardwoods throughout. Living room has a nine foot down couch, two large upholstered chairs, matching ottoman and Persian rug. Two ornamental marble fireplaces in living room and bedroom. Bathroom tiles have been reglazed. Bathroom has a chandelier. New eat in kitchen with new appliances and rear door separate entrance from front door. Italian, washer/dryer all in one unit. Assigned off street parking for one car and guest spaces available first come first serve.
