Come stay in this amazing place. during the summer enjoy the music festvals as well as wells as the boat shows or octoberfest. there is always a concert. or activity that meets everyones needs . accomondations are 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen size beds one bedroom downstairs with queen bed half bath upstairs and full bath downstairs outside is an enclosed shower for use when coming out of the bay there is a futon in the living room and an extra enfltable mattress the backyard allows you to barbeque while you sit on lawn chairs and enjoy the view

i have been renting this home for the past 4 years with my husband and 2 children. the first time we went we were so happy with what we saw becuase sometimes when you rent off the interent you "just never know" the view from the living room is panaramic over looking the bay, light house and bristol bridge. what a great way to watch the sun set. the bay was lovely as my children went swiming in it everyday. the grounds were kept lovely as well as the interior of the home. the bedrooms were comfortable and there is just so much to do without even having to leave the house. newport is just a short drive away so to the mansions we would go. we continue to rent this particular property because it has always been kept emmaculate, its affordable and the view is just out of this world. my family looks forward to going every year.

We took our 3 kids and mother-in-law for a week to this little slice of heaven on Mt. Hope Bay. Although the kitchen is very small, the large great room/living room with all of its seating provided us with many hours of togetherness watching the sunsets over the water. All bedrooms had queen size beds which were very comfortable, and linens, towels, lawn furniture, washer/dryer and other amenities were included. The location is perfect: not in the heart of the Newport activity, but just the right distance away with quiet and privacy to spare. A magical week; we can't wait to go back!

Lovely house with spectacular views. Located in Portsmouth about 30 min from downtown Newport 20 minutes from 1st, 2nd & 3rd beaches. House is very clean, the bedrooms are a good size with plenty of closet space. Tons of linens and nice fluffy towels. The kitchen/dining area is small - no counter space and the cooking utensils are lacking. Bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook. Grill is small but useable. Master is on first floor with full bath. 2 other bedrooms upstairs with hall powder room. Views outside the living room are amazing - pictures really don't do it justice. The shoreline is rocky, not much beach to it but the kids had a great time turning over the rocks to look for mini-crabs. You can swim in the water or fish in it. We did both - caught some fish and cooked them on the grill. There is a separate building outside with washer/dryer and outdoor shower. House is about 5 minutes away from a nice Clements supermarket. It was peaceful and quiet - located on a dead end street so the kids can ride their bikes and you don't have to worry. If you want to truly relax and get away from it all, I would recommend this place.
