We are close to everything and next to nothing. An excellent area of Colorado to vacation. Feel at home in our premier property nestled in the hills just west of Denver. Our hideaway sits on four beautiful acres of Colorado lodgepoles and firs just two miles off I-70. Luxury and romantic privacy best describe the property. Nature and unbelievable views from all vantage points makes you feel that you are the only one living in Colorado.

The top level has the King master suite. It also has a converted walkin closet with a crib and toddler bed.
The main level family room contains one of the two TV?s, a big screen, and is set up for you to relax watching movies on the DVD player or listening to your favorite music on the CD player. An X-box and several games are available. A selection of movies, music, and board games has been provided. The queen BR2 is also on this level.
The garden level has the lower family room, BR3 with two doubles in it.
If you are adventurous and want to hike the area or just around the
property, we supply day packs and water bottles.

Newsflash: We have a friend's home set up and available 7/1/08 - 8/16/08. 3bed/3bath - perfect for a family. 2 queens & 3 single beds - great yard and 5 minutes from the lakehouse. Rates are 140/2, 165/4 etc like the rest of ours. Send inquiry for pictures or further information.
Calendar link below is up-to-date. Also, Picture link below has 25 or so shots of the house & views. With a cancellation about every quarter, feel free to send an inquiry for booked time as we'll be sure to let you know if it becomes available.

We were the first in Evergreen and boy has it grown. We have 4 for you to choose from.
4WD recommended November thru March. We also recommend higher clearance vehicles at all times in the mountains.
Cleaning fee and all taxes are included. We have two simple rules: leave no messes and have the last load washing.
Refund Policy:
-100% refund plus deposit up to 2 months before stay.
-50% refund plus deposit up to 1 month before stay.
-Deposit refunded within a month before stay.
-Under all circumstances, full refund for rebooked nights.
-No refund on canceled stays longer than 2 weeks unless rebooked. |
