Lemonade Stand is a perfect place for large families, family reunions, corporate and church retreats and wedding parties.

Lemonade Stand has 12 bedrooms, 12 full and 2 half baths spread over 6,800 sq feet and 3 levels. Everyone has some space of their own. It is a duplex that connect in the middle so that it lives like one big house. For peak periods, it rents in its entirety.
House/duplex has its own private pool (with shallow layout area), large deck with for lounge chairs, tables and chairs, and covered areas for reprieve from the sun--perfect for relaxing.
Each side of the first floor has a family room with HDTV/DVD, video game player and board games, plus two bedrooms, two baths and a laundry right where you come in from the beach or pool. Each side of the second floor has large living and dining areas, plus a kitchen with a big island and two dishwashers, double oven, ice machine, over sized refrigerator and beverage fridge. You will also find a powder room plus bedroom with private bath here. Each side of the third floor has three bedrooms each with private bath. All floors have private decks on the Gulf and pool/Little Lagoon sides.
This house/duplex has luxury details including granite in the kitchen and baths, tile floors throughout, and lots of windows. Lemonade Stand has 4 full laundry rooms for all of those beach towels & bathing suits you'll be bringing. Kitchens are fully equipped, bed and bath linens provided--just bring your beach towels.
Other amenities include: HDTVs in each bedroom, large HDTVs with DVD players in living and family rooms, video game players with games, Wi-Fi connection, outdoor showers, pool toys, pool lounge chairs, beach chairs and beach carts, grill area by the pool deck, and lots of covered parking.
Convenient West Beach location 2 miles west of Highway 59--close to everything but away from the condominiums and crowds. Located on the north side of Beach Boulevard, directly across from the beach with easy access.

We love this family friendly area of West Beach. There are just 4 rows of houses, but it is still just minutes from things to do, and you can walk to the end of the block to visit Waves market, the ice cream shop or West Beach Grill.
The Unique Benefits at this House
You'll love the big pool area with lots of lounge chairs. We have a huge space under the house with grills & tables but it has also been used for square dancing and an array of receptions.
Civil War Era Fort, site of Battle of Mobile Bay where Admiral Farragaut proclamed "Damn the torpedos..."
Ferry to Dauphin Island and on to Mobile beyond. Dauphin Island has Fort Gaines, the SeaLab and more.

We used one side of the Lemonade Stand for a family reunion first week in June, that included 20+ family members of all ages. Everyone was pleased with the size, cleanliness and proximity to beach. No one felt like they were on top of each other because rooms were spread out. Sound did not carry throughout. We also like having a pool so granddaughter could take her naps. First time at Gulf Shores and we golfed, shopped, went out to eat and took turns cooking meals for all. Susan and Geoff were very helpful if we had questions. We do plan to come back! We have told all our friends about the Lemonade stand.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
