Why the Owner Chose Gulfview
We originally purchased our first property on Marco in 1998, and it was the Gulfview Condo building. We sold that unit in 2001 after moving into our newly constructed home. The view on SOUTH SIDE of the GULFVIEW CONDO'S is so SPECTACULAR that we chose to purchase in the Gulfview Condo building again in 2004.

Owner's Map of Gulfview
Mike & Carolyn Housewert - originally from Illinois, relocated to Marco Island 2001 when we designed and built our new home. We love Marco Island and it's smallness, yet so much to do. I am an avid nature photographer and travel the back waters of the 10,000 Islands for wildlife photo apportunities. I am also a realtor helping friends buy and sell their properties in the Marco/Naples area, as well as an investor in real estate properties. My wife Carolyn is active at our church and is a vocalist on the praise team as well.
