Rendezvous Villa is one of the nicest villas in Jamaica and located in a great neighborhood, within 20 minutes of the islands most popular attractions. Nestled on a hill side above Breezes, Runaway Bay Golf Course and just a few quick minutes to the beach. Once you experience the calm evening breezes and panoramic Caribbean views, you will wonder why you ever considered a sea-side villa.
Rendezvous Villa is spacious, with over 5,200 square feet, five bedrooms that accommodate ten, a large living room, two dining areas (one on the balcony), two large verandas, and a large pool area. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, however is acceptable on the verandas. Each bedroom has air conditioning, however it is rarely needed. All furnishings are updated on a regular basis and our villa is very well kept.
Rendezvous Villa is a great place for families and friends to vacation in casual comfort. You have the exclusive use of the villa and its private pool. This also means that the full-time staff of three is there for you and only you. So pack your shorts and leave the dress cloths at home. No need to over pack, your staff does all the laundry, ironing, cooking, cleaning, and maintain the pool and grounds. The staff prepares breakfast and dinner and you are on your own for lunch.
The villa is kid friendly and stocked with hi-chair, pack & play, stroller, toys, kids DVD's, pool toys, sand toys for the beach, games, movies, kids plates, cups, etc. Nanny care is available from 9 AM to 6 PM for $150 per week with advance notice.
The golf course and the Cardiff Hall private beach is just a few minutes. The private beach is equiped with chairs, snack bar and showers.
Rendezvous villa is one of the nicest villas in Jamaica. Our rates are very reasonable. We do this to keep our staff occupied and we enjoy sharing this wonderful place with others. There are several villas in the area with equal or higher rates that do not compare.

not as nice or in as good of a location.
50% Deposit required at time of booking.
Saturday to Saturday bookings - exceptions may be made for longer stays.

Year Purchased: 2003
Douglas and Nicole Scmidt from Nebraska. We have two children, ages 8 and 5. We love Jamaica and the vacations our family have there together. We travel on a regular basis, however we haven't found any place quite like Jamaica.
Why the Owner Chose Runaway Bay
We love Jamaica and this is one of the few places that fully staffed villas are common. We've visited staffed villas in Thailand and Mexico and they just aren't the same. We could have purchased a villa on the beach or the golf course, however once you experience the view from Rendezvous you will understand why we made our decision. Golf course villas miss out on the great breezes and don't have a view of the ocean (we can get a golf course view in Nebraska) Beach villas are often very windy and safety is a concern.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The staff. Wonderful meals are served to you on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. The laundry gets done, beds are turned down at night, pitchers of ice water are in every room. The size of our villa is a big plus. Over 5,200 sq. ft. gives you plenty of spots to spend time as a group, however you can always find a quiet place to read a book too.
