Why the Owner Chose Country Club Villas
This is our second home. We live in Monterey California. We love our " retreat home"
this is where we regroup, relax, unwind and enjoy the Aloha spirit. The views from the lanai, master bedroom, living room are spectacular. We love the birds, quietness and the golf is great.
We chose Country Club Villas for the quietness and proximity to Hawaii's many attractions. The unit is six miles from Kona, has two golf courses, has a shopping center you can walk to, yet dosen't have the traffic and noise of town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While we are here we love to read, play golf, walk, swim and snorkel. Everything we like to do is close by. The complex has three pools, tennis courts and the best snorkeling beach is a mile down the road. The Harbor to board snorkel cruises etc is less than a quarter of a mile from us.

My wife and I have been married for 38 years and we love Hawaii and the Aloha spirit. I am a CPA, owner of a Wealth Management Firm and manage investments for my clients. I have been doing this for over 25 years and still enjoy it. My wife works with me and also is an interior decorator. We are family orientated and have three children and one grand child. We live in Monterey California and spend alot of time in San Francisco visiting the kids,friends and family. We love the ocean and both homes are on a golf course and both have ocean views !

We just returned home from our third visit to this property in three years (which should say a lot by itself). This is a great location with a great view. We loved the sunsets from the lanai and the opportunity to critique the golfers on the 10th green and the 18th fairway, just below the condo. The condo is very well furnished and decorated. From our experience, this is one of the better values on the Big Island. When problems arose, as they do in this climate, the owner was quick to respond. We will be returning here on our next trip to Hawaii. This would be a good option for one with disabilities as there are no steps to negotiate.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I have been visiting friends and family in Kona for over 40 years. We really love all of them but needed a place "to call our own" on this trip. This sweet little condo was just the ticket. Beautiful kitchen and tastefully decorated throughout. Easy access-just park and walk a few steps to the entrance. Quiet and peaceful; everything we wanted right on the golf course which as avid golfers we also enjoyed. The owners made the booking very simple; they are experienced owners and take pride in their property. We enjoyed Sam's Place just up the road-its a must for an evening dinner. Life was perfect and if we don't offend our family/friends by not staying with them, we will certainly return.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
