The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Tarpon Bay Community is quiet and resort like. There is constant maintenance of landscape and common areas. The pool atmosphere is always a favorite of our guests. There are bikes available to use for Panera's, Chile's and Target (12 minute walk). The upscale shops and restaurants of the Mercata are 10 minute drive.

My husband and I had the opportunity of renting this lovely condo for several years for two to three months each time. The condo is wonderfully appointed with everything that you need for a fantastic holiday....right down to bicycles for us to ride. We found the owner, Linda, to be most accommodating! Linda made certain that everything was just perfect for us!! The kitchen is very well equipped and the condo has lots of bedding and towels....we wanted for nothing! Within close walking distance are the tennis courts,a putting green, basket ball courts and the Clubhouse with well equipped exercise room,an infinity swimming pool and a hot tub. At the clubhouse we had access to the Internet with two computers for our use. There is also a library, a pool table and several gas barbecues for grilling. What a great way to spend a vacation with everything at our fingertips!! We loved that we were able to ride the bikes to Panara's Bread,Chili's, World Market,Target and Wal-Mart. As a matter of fact we loved the area so much that we ended up purchasing our own place. If we had not done so, we would be back renting this beautiful condo. Thanks Linda for great holidays and great memories!!
