Our unit is located on Quiet End of Main Street in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. This fully-equipped and completely remodeled unit has skylights, a dry stack stone, floor to ceiling hearth with new gas fireplace, a private deck facing Mount Royal and the bike/hike/snowshoe path that goes throughout Summit County. A free shuttle stops right outside your door to take you to all of the nearby towns and ski areas.
Stroll down Main Street and you will find many wonderful restaurants and great little shops as you walk your way up to the the south end of town and the Lake Dillon Marina. The marina rents all sorts of kayaks, sailboats, and canoes. Right behind and north of our unit are the trailheads for some great hikes. We leave our "hike book" out for all of our renters to enjoy and add to!
Break away from the over-crowded resort towns, and enjoy a real vacation in Frisco! We are sure you will find, as we have, this is the best little town in Colorado.
The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has a queen and a double bed. The great room has a queen-size pull-out bed.

We stayed three nights and everything was perfect. It is in a great location for skiing and for exploring Frisco. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with regarding all of the arrangements. The property was clean, well maintained and as pictured. I would definately recommend this property and, hopefully, will stay there again myself.

We had a blast staying here. The entire unit feels brand new from the plush carpet beneath your feet to the modern fixtures in the bathrooms. Everything was also spotless and very well maintained. High ceilings make the place feel very open and spacious. The pictures on this listing set the bar pretty high, but they don't do the condo justice as we were still surprised at how nice it truly is. We personally enjoyed the ski themed decorations and pictures on the walls. Combined with the fireplace they give the unit a sophisticated "Rocky Mountain ski cabin" vibe. Other reviewers mentioned walking up three flights of stairs at that altitude, but we enjoyed being on the top floor as it offered the best views of Frisco, Mt. Royal, and the surrounding peaks. The building is in a good location on Frisco's Main Street where everything (shops, restaurants, bars, hiking trails, historic area, grocery, shuttle stops to Copper and Breckenridge, etc.) is within walking distance. Owners Steve and Jill are very helpful and friendly. They have baskets in the condo with information about everything in the area, as well as a handy binder with all the local hiking & biking trails. Overall, this listing is: clean, spacious, modern, safe, in a great location, and outfitted with everything you need. We highly recommend it for your vacation.

I am glad they mentioned the 3 flights was worth it, because that is how we have always felt! No skylights and 2 story ceilings on the floors below us! Not to mention the quiet you get form being on the top!!

The condo is wonderful! We had a great time in Frisco and the condo is very conveniently located to all the shops and restaurants of Frisco. We had dinner for our son's birthday at the Blue Spruce and it was so delicious! The town of Frisco is a wonderful little town and close to all the ski resorts. While my husband and I don't ski, our son and his family loved the proximity to Copper Mountain. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The only negative is the stairs to the third floor. Being from Texas and not used to the elevation, by the time we had climbed the 3 flights of stairs we were out of breath. However, the climb was worth the effort as the condo was so nice.

The condo was wonderful and the pictures are great. The stairs up were a little trying the first of our stay but they were the only downside of this place. We had so much fun with the trails right in back it was just like haivng our own little mountain to play on. We were able to walk to everything in downtown Frisco easily. The Butterhorn Cafe is so close and sooo goood, the Bead shop is wonderful (slices of caribou horn for grandson) and beads for me and there is a combination Tea Shop and Bookstore. All this and the Organic Grocer right across the street! The complex is being renovated in areas but is very well maintained. I would recommend this place to my friends!
