$850/week (plus $100 cleaning fee).
$3200/month (plus $100 weekly cleaning fee).
$100 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee per stay or weekly for monthly rentals
$500 Security Deposit; Refundable 72 hours after check out.

Why the Owner Chose Southern Highlands
I found that there were a lot of group travelers that were unable to find or afford reasonable housing in the Las Vegas area. Also we travel with pets and know many others do to. There are very few hotels that allow pets.
The Unique Benefits at this House
In addition to being only 5 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, gaming and even a Bass Pro Shop, all within just 2-3 minutes from the house. There is also a very nice dog park, just 1 mile away. The house feature everything you could want. Free wireless internet, all the movies channels, free long distance phone calls, Bar B Que, Jacuzzi, game room, exercise room, and a completely furnished kitchen for those that want to cook at home.

I'm not sure that I ever sent you a thank you for our wonderful stay at your vegas home in the first week of march. The neighborhood was excellent quiet and upscale. The house was perfect for the 4 of us (2 couples) and our dogs. The yard was the perfect size, and all of the furnishings were completely comfotable. You had every single amenity we needed. I had trouble hooking my laptop up to the internet, but was able to pick up wireless, so no big deal. The house was wonderful, as was your kindness thoughout the procss. We are very greateful to you and would love to rent again in the future. Thank you kindly.

Group #3. Great location. We couldn't ask for more of the comforts of home than this rental house. Plenty of towels, linens and a TV in every room. There was even a full kitchen which allowed us to make some wonderful home cooked healthy food. We've already decided that this will be our destination every time we come to Vegas.

We arrived very late on the 24th after braving snowy, slick Colorado roads for 16 hours. It was a nice comforting house to rest and relax. The beds were wonderful and we slept like babies!!!
