Beautiful, new, 3000-square-foot, four-bedroom, four full bath condominium located on the top floor of a new, 21-unit building. This is one of only two condominiums on the seventh floor. The view is stunning from the spacious, covered terrace of 12 feet by 44 feet. Directly below the terrace is an infinity pool as well as a very large common area with an outdoor kitchen and many tables and chairs. Perfect for entertaining.

The living room and dining areas face the ocean making it an ideal place for watching the sunsets. The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave. All top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen bar seats four and the dining table seats eight. The living room includes a sofa bed, loveseat, chair, end tables, and a coffee table. The TV is easily viewed by all. Marble floors run throughout the condo.

The master bedroom also faces the ocean and the large terrace is accessible from this bedroom. A TV is also in this bedroom. The large granite and marble bathroom includes a separate shower, two sinks, closets.

The second master bedroom overlooks the marina and has its own private balconey. This bedroom also has its own granite and marble bathroom complete with a whirlpool tub in a solarium. This bedroom also has a TV. The third bedroom features two double-size beds complete with its own marble and granite bathroom as does the twin bedroom.

There is a parking garage available for renters.

Maid service twice a week!

An on-site administrator is available daily. The building also has 24-hour security guards.

    We were so pleased with your condo. Our vacation was relaxing and our family thoroughly the days we spent there. We were also extremely pleased with the staff including the administrator, maintenance and security staff. From the time we arrived until we left they were courteous and went out of their way to assist us with anything that we asked for. They definitely strive to make visitors feel at home and they run the place like a 5-star hotel. Thank you very much and we look forward to returning.

  • Thank you Linda and Rob, we had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful condo. The beach is perfect for walking, swimming,and enjoying the unbelievable sunsets, all that one could ever want. The pool felt like our own and was always sparkling clean. The amount of room in the well decorated condo is great, and the kitchen is well stocked. If I could have brought the view from the kitchen window home with me, I would spend more time cooking :). The view from each master bedroom is grand, waking up to the sound and beauty of the ocean made this the perfect place for us. We ate at several of the nearby establishments, they were all good. The water taxi over to Paradise Village came in handy, morning pastry and latte's were enjoyed by all. We hope to stay again next year.

  • Wow! What a great place! The pictures and descriptions don't do it justice! Fabulous - sparkling clean - very comfortable - SPACIOUS - private - safe - we will be back - and we DEFINITELY recommend this place! This was our 3rd trip to Vallarta. On previous trips, we've stayed in resort hotels, but this time we brought some other family with us and needed a bigger place. We like the beaches in Nuevo better than those further south in Jalisco - less rocky - less crowded. We loved the privacy - although being a little more secluded does mean making more of an effort to get out and about. There is a small convenience store and a couple of restaurants within walking distance - but the restuarants did not impress me. You can also walk to the marina and easily hop the water taxi for $1 to get to Paradise Village on the other side where there is a very nice indoor shopping center. (But it's a little more pricey than other shopping) For better grocery shopping, you will want to take the bus to Walmart/Sams and then grab a cab to get back. For other shopping or restaurants, you will want to go downtown or further north to Bucerias (check out Claudio's restaurant!)

    We have just spent a week here in January 2007 and have noted several more close-by restaurants and there is a much closer grocery store, Comercial Mexicana, in the Plaza Marina. Their prices are at least as good as Walmarts and there are no lines at the check-out. The views are still beautiful and the beach is as great as ever.
