From the moment you step through the wrought-iron and wood gate, you'll think this magnificent Old World Spanish villa is in the Mediterranean countryside. Everything you need for gracious indoor and outdoor living and entertaining is here: pool (perfect for kids), spa, spacious covered patio, outdoor kitchen with barbeque, ceiling fans, speakers, romantic fire pit and magnificent, sweeping views of Mount San Jacinto.

This is the perfect venue for a special event such as a milestone birthday, a reunion or a seasonal celebration. With a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and over 3000 square feet of interior space, this new (2004), generously proportioned, superbly designed and appointed home easily accommodates multiple large and small groups without sacrificing privacy.

The architecture, interior design and furnishings are elegant and lavish. Each bedroom suite has its own full bath and walk-in closet, with French doors opening to the pool or private patio area. The master suite has a king bed and the other three have queen beds. Casa Serenidad is a quiet, serene retreat where tension melts away. One definitely feels pampered here!

Other amenities include custom designer built-ins and furnishings in harmony with the architecture, dual zone heat and air conditioning, entertainment center surround sound, indoor and outdoor speakers, security system, wireless Internet access and three-car garage.

This single family one-level home is located on a cul-de-sac ideally located near the Palm Springs Airport, downtown shopping, galleries, restaurants and casino.

  • This property had absolutely everything we needed for a luxurious week away with family. It was a wonderful place to celebrate Mom's/Grandma's 80th Birthday. We did not have to leave the house for anything except food, etc. We were glad to be back home after vacation but wished we could be back at Casa Serenidad. The name of the property lives up to its name "serenity". We are looking forward to our next opportunity to stay there again.

  • Casa Serenidad was THE perfect spot to celebrate my dad's birthday. The house was extremely well appointed, beautiful, and serene...just like the name promises. The interior was luxurious, the views were breathtaking, and the pool was truly a desert oasis. The whole family loved this house. We will definitely return for all of our future family gatherings.   • Casa Serenidad has everything - Great location, gourmet kitchen, multimedia room with sound system wired throughout the property (you can control the sound in each room independently!). The home hosts 4 independent areas poolside to grill, dine al fresco, entertain or just sit back and relax. The recent landscaping offers even more sunshine throughout the day - the pool temperature was perfect all day and into the evening. This was our second visit within six months - there is simply no better place in Palm Springs to spend your vacation than Casa Serenidad.

  • This house is amazing! We rented this house for my best friend’s bachelorette party. We wanted a beautiful place with a great pool to relax in, and we got more than we imagined. If you think the photos are nice, when you see the place in person it blows away your expectations. The house had all the amenities we wanted. There were several separate living areas we could congregate in. But what we loved best was the pool!! It was absolutely amazing. The wading area is so appropriate for a place like Palm Springs. We liked this place so much we are already trying to plan another trip down.

  • You cannot go wrong with Casa Serenidad, This was my first ever "house rental" having been a "hotel guy" up until now ....Casa Serenidad is like staying in the "house version" of a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons (only better - much more space!!) - it is beautifully appointed - it's true that the pictures don't quite do it justice. It is extremely private and quiet...there is no issue with street noise, neighbor noise or anything like that. There are parks/playgrounds nearby and some in our group enjoyed walking downtown to start the day, go for coffee etc.. Though we normally eat out on vacation, there is something so inviting about the amazing kitchen it was actually fun to stay in and enjoy some quality family time with a home-cooked meal a few nights. The pool is great - the "backyard" has a perfect lay-out. More than anything, staying at this place is very comforting, soothing to the soul, you get a nice peaceful feeling here because of the beautiful, spacious surroundings which makes it a perfect vacation home! The owners couldn't have been more helpful with any/all information requested...just a pleasure to deal with. Overall, Casa Serenidad rates a perfect 10!

  • We stayed at Casa Serenidad for the month of March 2009. At one time there were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. The house is a home, well appointed and decorated. We wanted for nothing. We could walk everywhere, even to the casino. We would certainly recommend Casa Serenidad to anyone who wants to relax in a very private setting. We will be back.

  • Our family of 6 adults spent 4 nights at this wonderful property. The weather was perfect, and we spent the majority of our time lounging around the pool and hot tub. The furnishings of this home were great and so well equipped that we stayed home for all but one meal. We would highly recommend it.
