Rollin Tide Villas located on the North side of Scenic Highway 30A is steps from the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. You will love this beautifully appointed condominium overlooking the sparkling, beautifully landscaped pool. With only 25 units in our complex, there is never the crowded feel of the larger condo complexes. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio, steps from the pool or walking the beach. Walking distance to fine dining or casual pizza/sandwich shops.
A short 5 minute walk or a really quick bike ride brings you to the fabulous sugar white sands and aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our beaches have achieved the distinction of the Blue Wave certification year after year, designating our beaches among the cleanest in the country.
Everything you need is here for a quick weekend or an extended stay-even free wireless internet! This professionally decorated unit has beautiful appointments and a very comfortable feel. Super comfortable king size bed and queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress. Also, being an end unit, there is a little more room and view from an extra window.
If you enjoy walks on the beach, bicycling, shopping, or just relaxing by the pool, or sight seeing up and down 30-A on a bike, Seagrove Beach and the Beaches of South Walton are for you. Rainy days can be spent relaxing, watching either of two TV's, listening to music on DVD player, surfing the net with free internet, or shopping at the beautiful shops in Seaside or huge outlet mall in Sandestin. You will want to visit year after year. Whether you prefer quiet kayaking or Yolo boarding on Western Lake, walking trails in Grayton State Park or Mall shopping in Sandestin or amusement parks in Panama City or Destin, there is something to make everyone happy. And now the new craze, YOLO (You Only Live Once) boards, stand up boards for paddling and exploring the quiet waterways scattered throughout the 30-A area.
We also own and manage the unit directly across the hall, A-2, (At The Beach, see VRBO #457361) for those two families who would like to vacation together but not necessarily sleep in the same unit. Talk to Arlene about possible discount for renting both at the same time.
For our pet loving friends who have small, very well-behaved pets, the unit is all tile floors and is near the 'convenience' station for his daily constitutionals, doggie waste bags provided. Sorry, pets not allowed in the pool area and are not allowed on the beach.

My boyfriend and I previously lived in the area and were excited to find a centrally located condo at such a great price! The condo was well equipped and we enjoyed using the kitchen and having coffee on the patio each morning. The condo complex is just a short walk to some wonderful restaurants and delis that serve breakfast and lunch, which we fully took advantage of! Complex is quiet, well-maintained, and peaceful. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. I look to forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this rental, especially to those traveling with pets.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I love this little hidden gem right across from One Seagrove Place. My girlfriends and I booked this condo for a girls beach trip last August. This condo was the perfect spot for the four of us. Two of us shared the super comfy bed and the other ladies slept soundly on the pull-out couch. The location is supreme in the complex. You are super close to the path leading to the beach and there is convenient space for storing all your beach chairs, bikes, and floats near the front door. This location is super quite, clean, and very peaceful. The condo has everything you need and Arlene is very helpful with any requests. Highly recommend this location and this rental. :) When I got married in Seagrove in September, we recommend this condo along with 457361 to our guests who enjoyed their stay here as well. The Seagrove Beaches are incredible, if you haven't been to this destination yet, you will absolutely love it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I am so glad that I found this place. I needed a relaxing get away, and that is exactly what I got. It was beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The amenities are exceptional. It was great to cool down in the pool, and use the grill for our fresh seafood from Goatfeathers. We loved being able to walk to the beach, our favorite deli Cocoons, and bring our little dog. All hassle free. It was so relaxing. The owner is local, very friendly, and extremely helpful. She gave us some great suggestions on things to do during our stay. We loved this place, and are looking forward to visiting again next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time, matter of fact one of the best! We felt right at home the minuet we arrived with our furry kids,the accomodations were perfect! The condo was clean and well maintained with plenty of kitchen supplies for those who like to cook. Our dogs enjoyed the vacation as well.here were designated areas for them to do their business as well as a doggie bag dispenser.A bike rental is within walking distance and that is the best way to really see Seagrove, we biked all the way to Grayton beach with wonderful bike paths provided and of course for those who like to get off the beaten paths we found many places to discover.We hope to return again soon! The Monarch butterflys were there migrating south, we spent little time laying on the beach because we were having so much fun riding the bikes and expolring the area.We had a great meal at Angeliana's Italian restaurant,as well as Mikes for breakfast and Cowgirl kitchen and Red Bar.Arllene was always prompt in answering e-mails and questions that we had.We will return again soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The location of this Condo is perfect, just a five minute walk to a perfect beach, where you can enjoy beautiful Sunsets almost every evening. There are are several restaurants within walk distance from the Condo and about 1 mike down Hwy 30 A is Seaside Village where you can enjoy several restaurants/ bars and a Farmers Market every Saturday Morning. This Condo is comfortable and well equiped. We found the owner very knowledagble regarding the area and beyond, professional and easy to work with. The pool and entire area around this Condo is very clean and well maintained.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing.

We had a very nice visit at this condo. It was clean, pretty quiet, and had some decent restaurants nearby. The pool was also very nice and convenient to us. We really enjoyed being able to bring our small dog along with us, although visitors should keep in mind that dogs are not permitted on local beaches, unless the owner is a permanent resident and carries a permit. Overall, if you've got a pet and are looking for an affordable vacation in Seagrove, FL (just down the road from Seaside), then this would be a great choice!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Please review the following information to verify that you understand the agreement and accept the conditions as follows: The condo is set up to sleep 4. . Any more than 4 people breaks our agreement and your rental will be void with no refund. This does not apply to children 4 and under. Check-in for guests, no earlier than 4:00 P.M. , check out 10:00 A.M. Special arrangements can be made in certain cases. You must request adjusted times from Arlene. Upon arrival, I will either be at the house to greet you, or I will give you instructions regarding the lockbox. Check out routine: Load and RUN dishwasher, strip beds down to mattress pads, leave linens in the hallway, take ALL trash out to garbage cans at the rear of the property. Sorry, but any of these small chores not completed will result in a 20.00 extra charge added to your credit card. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Ash trays are outside in various locations, please use them. Portable grills on the patio are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed on the property. Drugs are not allowed on the property. Underage Alcohol Consumption is not allowed on the property. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area or on the beach. Violation of these items are grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. Please be courteous to our neighbors, refrain from loud noise after 10:00 P.M. BY RETURNING THIS MESSAGE BY TO ARLENE VIA EMAIL, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS SET FORTH. About the owner: Our whole family fell in love with this area over 15 years ago on a visit. We returned several times a year for several years until this unit became available and we bought it. It is on the prettiest stretch of beach along Scenic Hwy 30-A, quaint, quiet and so relaxing. No hustle bustle like PC and Destin, just friendly folks and the beautiful, ever changing aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Why the Owner Chose Rollin Tide Villas:
This complex is in a real neighborhood type setting, with single family homes all around, so there's less traffic and 'business' than the high rise cluster areas. Near, but not too close to convenience shopping, restaurants. The community in general is 'upscale' with lovely people who live and visit here. Like it so much, we also bought the unit right across the hallway! Same size, also ground floor for those (like me) who hate stairs, right across from the pool. See VRBO #457361

A wonderful benefit to this particular complex is it's downscaled size. This makes for a quiet, relaxing environment and a safe, uncrowded pool. Also, the pool is beautifully designed, not your normal rectangle, and surrounding landscaped area has been designed with care for you to enjoy from the lanai or poolside.
