This is the perfect family and friends getaway rental. Why be cramped? Why have someone sleep on an air mattress? This 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo sleeps 6-8.
Feel like just lazing away? The pool (heated to 90 degrees in the winter) is just steps away from the front door. Gas barbeque grills and a jacuzzi complete your "front lawn".
Our newly remodeled kitchen includes granite counter tops and full size stainless steel appliances. Decorated throughout with saltillo tile, Navajo rugs and pottery you will enjoy a truly southwest experience. You can save money by cooking everything from a quick coffee in the morning to full dinners with complete service for 10.
Amenities include hi speed internet cable, wi-fi, cable TV and use of our desktop computer as well as a multitude of computer games. For baseball fans Pointe Tapatio Cliffs Condos are centrally located to all the spring training parks both East and West Valley with none of them more than 15 minutes by car. Downtown and Scottsdale arts complexes are also 15 minutes away. A quick 2 hour drive takes you to the heart of Red Rock country in Sedona and a further 1.5-2.0 hours brings you to the rim of the Grand Canyon. Heading south the same time gets you to Tucson, Kartchner Caverns and Old Mexico (passports now required).
All three bedrooms have walk-in closets, the spacious master bedroom has a sitting area, the second bedroom is a book lover’s dream and the third bedroom comes complete with a ballet bar and full wall mirror for the aspiring ballerina. The split floor plan allows separate couples privacy. The living/dining/kitchen - great room floor plan allows for the cook to continue to be part of the party. There is a private patio off the living room with a sliding glass door to extend your living space in our great southwest sunshine. A second private patio off the master bedroom allows for a breakfast croissant and cappuccino.
The Condos at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs boast lush grounds with palm trees throughout as well as tennis courts; and a 1/2 basketball court. The nearby mountain preserve (40,000 acres) has hiking and mountain biking. We also provide discount cards for the PGA course at the Pointe Tapatio Resort. The unit is less than 100 feet from one of the 3 pools-with-Jacuzzis in the complex. There are 2 outdoor gas grills at this pool should you feel like grilling your own steaks instead of visiting one of the many excellent restaurants nearby. Area restaurants include Italian, Mexican, Nouvelle American, Middle eastern, Indian and Kosher, as well as the standard American chains.
