This is the perfect family and friends getaway rental. Why be cramped? Why have someone sleep on an air mattress? This 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo sleeps 6-8. Snowbird Grandparents can have kids and grandkids come and visit and not worry about hotel rooms, or somebody ending up on the floor. We also rent to couples sharing the rent. Cheap vacation for the family looking to get away.
Feel like just lazing away? The pool (heated to 84 degrees in the winter) is just steps away from the front door. Gas barbeque grills and a jacuzzi and lush grass complete your "front lawn".
Want to go, go, go? 7 miles from Paradise Valley Mall or Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, 3 casinos within 15 miles, 9 miles from downtown convention center, all spring training parks within half an hour, Sedona 1.5 hours, Grand Canyon 1.5 - 2 further (depending on Traffic) Old Mexico is 3-3.5 hours.

Our newly remodeled kitchen includes granite counter tops and full size stainless steel appliances. Decorated throughout with saltillo tile, Navajo rugs and pottery you will enjoy a truly southwest experience. For baseball fans Pointe Tapatio Cliffs Condos are centrally located to all the spring training parks both East and West Valley with only the Cubs being 30 minutes away. Most are less than 15 minutes away. A quick 1.5 hour drive takes you to the heart of Red Rock country in Sedona and a further 1.5-2.0 hours brings you to the rim of the Grand Canyon. Heading south the same time gets you to Tucson, Kartchner Caverns and/or Old Mexico (passports now required).
All three bedrooms have walk-in closets, the spacious master bedroom has a sitting area, the second bedroom is a book lover’s dream and the third bedroom is a quiet escape. The split floor plan allows separate couples privacy. The living/dining/kitchen has an open floor plan. This allows the cook to continue to be part of the party or mom to keep a watchful eye on the kids. There is a private patio off the living room with a sliding glass door to extend your living space in our great southwest sunshine. There is a second private patio off the master bedroom
The Condos at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs boast lush grounds with palm trees throughout as well as tennis courts; and a 1/2 basketball court. The nearby mountain preserve (40,000 acres) has hiking and mountain biking. The unit is less than 100 feet from one of the 3 pools-with-Jacuzzis in the complex. There are 2 outdoor gas grills at this pool should you feel like grilling your own steaks instead of visiting one of the many excellent restaurants nearby. Area restaurants include Italian, Mexican, Nouvelle American, Middle eastern, Indian and Kosher, as well as the standard American chains. We live nearby so the owners are available for any problems or questions you may have.

Why the Owner Chose Tapatio Cliffs
We moved from Mesa to downsize from a single family home with a pool. We wanted to be able to lock the door and travel which this condo has given us the freedom to do. No worrying about the pool turning green, or mowing the lawn.
We found the neighbors to be extremely friendly and helpful. During the winter our canadian owners return and we have daily cocktail hours, group golfing and ladies who lunch. The neighbors extend the same courtesy to our renters as to us. You will find the community extremely safe, beautiful and most importantly welcoming and friendly.

Great vacation spot. Ground floor unit, very spacious and quiet. Great access to pool especially with kids as can watch them go from pool to unit. Neighbours are great and helpful. Not far from many destinations and a safe and gated community complex with close and convenient parking. Owners are close by if need anything and unit has all the amenities of home.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Spent over a week here and it was like staying in your own home but on vacation. The location is close to golf courses, Scottsdale, museums and within 40 minutes of the Nascar race. Many Spring training camps are within a half hour or so. Plenty of room and a decent pool. Quiet location with easy access to area freeways. Home is well maintained and clean. Owners are extremely helpful. Numerous restaurants are within 20 minutes from upscale to just plain good Mexican fare. I would recommend this place to friends and family and plan on returning to it if I get back to Phoenix.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have rented in Arizona off and on for several years. Our three families got together and planned a two-week stay. This condo easily and comfortably had space enough for relaxing, socializing, and time away. The layout is nice, a master on one end with large bath; two bedrooms across living/dining/kitchen area, with their own lovely italian plastered bath. Condo is even 'accessible,' if anyone has that need. Washer/dryer, gorgeous kitchen w/stainless steel. Saltillo tile throughout. Just a really fun, comfy home away from home. We all enjoyed the pool and evening cocktails at the hot tub, and grilling. All of that is right by the property, but this is not noisy. In fact, it is quite the opposite. All of the things we wanted to see and do are easy to get to. The rental people were super friendly and really helpful with any and all questions. We plan on coming back next year! Hi. We have enjoyed staying at this property the past two winter seasons. The owners are reliable, condo has lovely furnishings, special touches, truly great kitchen for creating fun masterpieces! Pool is directly to front, is quiet & relaxing, and there are a hot spa and gas grills. Two private patios make enjoying food or morning coffee/tea under the palms amid flowers a true pleasure. Groceries, amenities, golf, sports, airport, fine dining, upscale shopping, arts venues all close by! Owners have lived in area for 30-plus years, are graciously helpful and knowledgeable should you need anything. A Definite Revisit!

Spent 2 weeks here in march 2010. Everything looks like the photos shown. This unit is directly across from the pool...super convenient. The pool area has 2 gas grills for guest use. They are used daily but you never have to wait more than a few minutes.The grounds are especially nice for kids or pets. Lots of green grass and paths to walk. The residents here are very friendly and welcoming. The condo really does have everything. The owner has a desktop computer for the guests to use, plenty of dvds, cable, netflix, etc. The kitchen is ready for cooking. Most of the appliances are brand new. There is a new market nearby...AJ's Fine Foods that carries all sorts of great food...choose from prepared or fresh. Starbucks is a 5 minute drive in the same shopping center. We do the condo vacation thing several times a year and we've had mixed experiences since we travel with a small dog. Many places claim to be pet friendly (meaning they take extra $$ for allowing you to bring a pet) but then the dogs aren't allowed out of their crate. This place really is pet friendly and it seems like most people have dogs. This condo is located in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains. You have to drive to restaurants or shopping, but not far and the scenery is breathtaking. The owners of this condo went out of their way (including stocking common pantry items for us) to make this a great experience for us and we would recommend it highly! Great value for the money!

I stayed in this property with Friends in 2004 and this was 3rd occasion. It was close enough to any facilities required and easily locatable. Driveable to Grand Canyon and also Tucson. I plan to stay here again in the future and its an ideal location for a winter break from the UK. Pools are heated and very close.

My wife and I, my father and brother stayed in this 3 BR condo mid February for 8 days and it was perfect. It is centrally located to the entire Phoenix and Scottsdale area. The condo itself was in new condition and located just 25 feet from the pool, hot tub and BBQ area. We are planning on returning again next February and would stay here again.

A few times each year, I have stayed in this 3 BR condo with friends and/or family when we are attending meetings/events in the Phoenix area. The condo is well located and beautifully appointed. Shopping is nearby, recreational areas are close, and good resaturants are a short drive away. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
