Our home is only 1/2 block away from this beautiful setting. Our home offers all the conveniences of living near the Lake. We are within walking distances to nearby Washington Park, its Zoo, the Marina and the beach. Shopping is easy with the Prime Outlet mall only a 3 minute drive. The Blue Chip casino is also nearby.
For those always on the go, hike Mt. Baldy, jog along Lake Shore Drive, or bike rt. 12 through the historic Dunes Highway (beautiful during fall). Golfing is also available at numerous courses. You could rent a charter boat for fishing, sailing or enjoy jet skis. Go into Michigan for blueberry or apple picking. Read or write the next great novel in our peaceful home. Get out for some great eating in Michigan City or nearby New Buffalo. Come see the exquisite Christmas lights at Washington Park.
Our home has all the modern amenities with charming lake house decor. The living room has a loft-like feel, it's open and spacious with views to the kitchen and sliding door to the deck. The master bedroom has a full size bed, private bathroom with shower. The second bathroom is located off the kitchen and living room. The upstairs is inviting with televisions throughout each room. We have board games for kids and adults available. Two parking spots are available in front of house with additional parking across the street.

My family & I just spent a week at "Las Brisas." The owner was very accomodating, the house was in great shape and it was ideally located to serve as our "headquarters" for frequent trips to the beach, zoo, shopping and some really good restaurants/pizza joints in the Michiana area. We'll be back!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a great time at Las Brisas this past July. It is in walking distance to the zoo, park and beach. We had a great time at the home and found it very nice and accommodating. We also liked that our pets were welcome in the home as well. The only complaints we had, was that parking is slim, due to people using parking across the street, for going to the beach. We also thought it might be a good idea to put 1 more full size or queen size bed in one of the bedrooms, instead of the two twin beds. Overall, we would suggest staying here!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
