The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy going out to the pool any time of day and if one seems too busy for me, (the one that over looks the bay) then I go to the other one, by the tennis courts. I especially love going to the hot tub in the evenings, with some wine and watch the sun set.

The owners were wonderful. The condo met our expectations and we truly enjoyed our stay in the area. The complex is secure and the people were very friendly. Museums, attractions, beaches were all fun and easy to get to. There are some great restaurants in St. Petersburg that we enjoyed as well. We were first time renters and are exploring different areas of Florida. If we decide to come back to this area, we will definitely consider this condo. It was clean and well maintained. The owners went above and beyond. Thanks for a great stay !

We had a wonderful time in St-Petersburg. We are from Quebec City, Canada and stayed in the condo for the entire month of November 2011. Sophia and Meredith were great hosts. The condo was exactly as described on the VRBO web site. It was clean with everything needed for a pleasant and secure stay. Well located, it is close to downtown St-Petersburg about 20 minutes form the gorgeous Fort De Soto County Park. I strongly recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

We had a great time! The condo was comfortable with beautiful furniture and appliances. We felt at home right away, when the owner met us and showed us around the condo. He gave us hints for local attractions and restaurants. Sophia and Meredith were great hosts. Hospitality was the best we have experienced. A great home away from home for the 2 months we were there!

We had a great time. The unit was clean and comfortable, well equipped - even beach mats and towels. This is an older complex and there are some signs of the aging but, generally, very friendly and well maintained. The owners were very hospitable and we enjoyed our meetings with them. This is NOT a modern, glitzy, resort. It is a quiet, laid back, gentle kind of place, populated by an older crowd. Shopping locally offers many options, but you will need a car.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

After a long 9hour flight it was so pleasing to be greeted at the Bermuda Bay Gates by the owner. Meredith and Sophia were the perfect hosts. The condo was in perfect order, and if we needed anything, at anytime, the hospitality was impeccable. This Sunshine St. Pete destination will definitely be a yearly visit. My husband and I have used this property as a winter getaway three times and each time it gets better. The owners are more than landlords. They are hosts and make every effort to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay. In addition, Bermuda Bay is a very friendly and well-appointed community with lots to do and in a great neighbourhood for walking to stores etc. Thanks Meredith and Sophia for another great vacation!

We spent 2 weeks at this lovely cozy gated community. The owner met us at the gate, led us in and gave us a quick orientation. After she left we discovered a personalized welcome sign, a bottle of wine and 'get around' book w a list of stores, restaurants and maps. The condo was well appointed, there wasn't a thing we needed that wasn't already there (except food). The heated pool and hot tub sits on a private beach w a view of the bay. It is only 10 minutes from downtown and the gulf. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet, relaxing, retreat. Michael
