We were a family of 4 and rented this condo. It was fabulous. Easy to find, close to all sorts of amenities and beaches. Free parking, free internet, free things you need to enjoy your stay like: beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels. The condo is current, clean and safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone to enhance their stay in Maui. The owner was EXTREMEMLY helpful and kind and was an absolute delight to deal with. If you are going to Maui and need a place to stay, get this condo!

Nice condo in a great area

Nice, comfortable, well-equipped condo. Large rooms, good sized lanai. First floor makes it easy to bring luggage in. Although first floor, the building is on a hill, so the lanai is about 10 feet above the ground providing more privacy. The lanai faces a treed area providing a nice garden view with lots of colorful birds. Lots of high quality beach equipment ( chairs, umbrella, bogey boards, coolers, etc.). Nice beaches close by ( 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive). Lots of good restaurants in all price ranges in the area. Kim was very helpful and responsive in making sure everything was done to make our visit comfortable.

Hawaii = perfect in January!!

The weather was perfect, not too hot during the daytime, not at all chilly at night. Gorgeous landscaping surrounding our condo, and everything in our condo that one could hope for. Lots and lots of sunshine, friendly people, and it was clean everywhere we went. Pretty much ideal in every way but one, the 7-hour flight from Calgary Alberta Canada. But, I guess that can't be fixed, hey?

Location was tremendous , could walk to beaches , shopping at the Wailea Mall , all in all it was a very nice condo , the only problem was the door kept sticking and you would have to give it a good shove to get it open. Other than that it was a very pleasent experience.

Our Christmas vacation

My wife and I chose to stay in this condo for our Christmas vacation in 2010. We vacationed with our three children there for a total of twenty four days. We found the accommodations to be what we had hoped for in the condo and the facilities at the grand champions were well kept and convenient i.e.(swimming pools and barbecue areas). The location is excellent with shopping and beach access just a short walk away. The owner was also very helpful and receptive to any questions or comments that we had. My family and I recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in Maui!! Kelly D

Always wonderful to return to Grand Champions, Wailea. Our condo was close to all our favorite beaches and restaurants. Thanks for the use of the beach equipment, our kids really enjoyed them. Definitely great value for the area. Thanks Kim, for sharing your home with us.

Exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable, we will definitely be back with you again and will pass the word on recommendations to others. Your decor really added to the experience and feel of a Maui resort. Having the needed beach gear at your place really helped with the day to day enjoyment of Maui, not having to bring from home or buying when we arrived saved us time and room with luggage. Kim is friendly and easy to comunicate with in all aspects of the rental set up and payment. I can't say enough about our overall experience.

Our Family Celebration in Maui

Anyone considering renting a condo in the Wailea area of Maui should put this condo at the top of your list. Kim provides an accurate description on her website, but until you are there in person you won't understand how accommodating and convenient this location is. The condo is well appointed and very clean with a perfect sitting area with a nice view just off the back. This condo is within walking distance to great food and the Wailea Shopping Center. If your choice is golf, tennis, relaxing on the beach or enjoying the condo area pool, it's all available from this location. Communications with the owner were thourough and responsive. The price was very reasonable, and our family would go back in a heartbeat. Trust in this owner, you won't be disappointed.

Great Condo in Wailea

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very clean and well equiped. On site manager was very helpful when we had a problem. She came right over and helped us out. We enjoyed the lanai with the beautiful trees in flower and the birds. Great locaation for shopping and dining.

It's true, the third time is a charm and after renting for 3 years, we plan to return for our 4th. Your beautiful condo has all the comforts of home and so much more. The location is perfect to do as much or as little as you want. The beach, shopping and restaurants are all close by and it is nice to have the option of walking or driving to our favorite spots. We can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Wailea condo. The location was perfect - a couple of walkable blocks to the beach and a couple more to the Grand Wailea where we were attending a family wedding. The condo was very clean and inviting with all of the amenities we needed (beach towels, air conditioning, washer/dryer). We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time enjoying Maui's perfect weather in March, and your Grand Champions condo was perfect. It was so delightful out on the lanai. It was very attractively decorated and comfortable to relax in. The location is so convenient to great beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the beach path in front of the resorts offered many opportunities for wonderful morning walks.

What a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the magic that Maui offers. You have made your condo so comfortable that we felt like we were at our own home(without snow and freezing weather that is). I love the location - the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance made it so easy. We had fun exploring by car each day and found several beaches within 5 minutes of the condo where we were the only ones enjoying them! Loved watching the sea turtles and snorkling at our own "private" beach. We can't wait to return so we can start each day with a great cup of Maui coffee while enjoying the beautiful views from your balcony. Carol and Tom Rice

I cannot say enough about this condo and the kind correspondence we had with Kim Orzag. No need to look any further than this condo. It is situated in the best location on Maui ... close access to shops and sightseeing adventures. It is truly a home away from home. It is decorated with total class and was a true oasis for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary. As I indicated ... no need to look any further. Book now and go back often. We really enjoyed the condo and the furnishings. It's close to shopping, great restaraunts, superior beaches, and great walks. It's quiet, peaceful, and has great poolside BBQ's. Would recommend this to anyone who can have fun!

Just returned from our trip to Maui. We so enjoyed your beautifully decorated condo. It was so homey and positively delightful! The breath- taking landscaping and the view from the lanai was awesome. This was a perfect unit for our family. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is very quiet and relaxing. Our chilidren loved the pools in the complex and we enjoyed using the BBQ's every night. The beaches are only a short walk. Wailea is our favorite place to vacation. Aloha!
