This beautiful waterfront villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street where you can enjoy all the outside areas. The villa is located 5 - 25 minutes from major attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and others. The development is just North of Hwy 27 & 192 and just 10 minutes to the gates of Disney World.
Shopping and local restaurants are within 2 to 15 minutes. Walmart, Publix, Super Kmart, Super Target, Walgreens; Denny's, McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, A&W, Perkins, just to name a few are close by.
There are two master suites with luxurious bathrooms and beautifully furnished. Additionally there are two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, sleeping a maximum of eight people in comfort. In the fully equipped kitchen enjoy a 'gourmet' meal or just sandwiches overlooking the pool area. There are four TV's, some with VHS and DVD players, all with cable access.
Outside, the professionally landscaped area with palm trees and other greenery overlooking the water front area add to the peaceful wildlife surroundings. The stunning sundeck area with a waterfall built into the pool area and covered patio with quality tables, sun loungers and chairs all provide ample opportunity to enjoy the Florida climate.
There are children's play areas on-site, with tennis, soccer and basketball facilities less than a two minute walk. If you decide to stay in enjoy a little 'Air Hockey' or 'Electronic' Basketball in the garage area. This holiday home is yours to enjoy and we welcome others to experience the joy it has brought us. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. As advertised, it was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. The location by the lake and the extended screened in patio and pool area were just wonderful. Our grandson was able to spend a few days with us and he and grandpa really enjoyed the actvities in your game room! We were very impressed by the property managers and their attention to detail. Your villa will be on our list for future vacations.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Stayed here 8/24/11-8/31/11 and had a great time! Have rented in Orange Tree 4 or 5 times since 2000 and this is by far the best equipped/maintained and located,the lake view is fantastic!
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family stayed at this home for a week to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday at Disney. The house was just what we needed to come back to each day. It is bright, clean and well maintained. The layout allows for privacy but at the same time there is a feeling of togetherness. The area has lots to offer if you need to shop for food etc. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home to anyone. We would return to this location without any hesitation.

Our family of five stayed at this spacious 4 bdrm home late June 2010. We booked it from Canada, price was reasonable. It turned out to be every bit as described, and more. We enjoyed the pool. Home was clean, well equipped, appears as new. Spacious master ensuite. Owner is very quick to reply emails, and accomodating to a few changes prior to our visit. Will be happy to visit again.

We just got back from this house and we had a wonderful time. The place is georgeous and one feels right at home. Everything you need is present, from plenty towels to sheets and the beds are as comfortable as can be. It is roomy and the outside so pretty that I had a hard time leaving. All the pictures are very accurate. The only suggestion I have is to get the pool heat, because it takes a while for it to warm up. Other than that, wonderful place to stay. I know we will be back and bring family next time. Renate Foster
