This beautifully appointed, three bedroom, two bath Condominium is located across from fabulous South Marco Beach. This is in the exclusive south end of the island. Very quite location, but within walking distance of everything (South Marco Beach, restaurants, marina, movies etc.).
Our condo has everything you will need to enjoy the Marco Magic. Kitchen is fully-equipped. Dining Room with large 72 inch table with seating for 6. Screened in lanai with table and chairs. Just a short walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
This non-smoking condominium is in an exclusive 16 unit low rise building, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our condo is located on the second floor of the building. The condo is very light and airy due to the the large windowed lanai which is accessible from the living room as well as from the master bedroom. You won't feel boxed in. Approximately 1300 square feet.
Lanai is a huge 300 sq/ft and has 2 ceiling fans, large table with 4 chairs, recliner lounge, and a love seat. You wont find a larger lanai at this price in this area of the island. The lanai extends the full width of the condo (10 ft. by 30 ft). It feels like having an extra room and you will love relaxing out there as much as we do.
Master Bedroom has king-size bed, TV, private bath, and an over-sized closet. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and large closet. Third bedroom has two twin beds great for the kids. Washer and Dryer located in unit along with iron and ironing board.
The Surf Walk Condominium is a 16 unit low-rise building with a great swimming pool and easy access to the South Marco Beach. This is not the typical rental condo. Just about all units are owner occupied.
The sunsets from South Marco Beach are just delightful. Many visitors walk to the beach every evening just to enjoy the glorious colors and to get glimpse of the dolphins swimming by. Or you can quickly walk to Caxambas Parks for fishing, boating, or just watching the sunsets.
We just love Marco Island and especially this condo, and once you visit you will too. For those who have never visited Marco Island, you are in for a treat. There is a magic about this island that once you experience it, you will want to keep returning.

Owner Description
Welcome to our vacation condo. This picture was taken when we volunteered to do a beach clean-up at Tiger Tail in the summer of 2008. We are Don and Michelle and we have owned this condo on Marco since 2003. Just like so many people, we fell in love with this island as soon as we crossed the Judge Jolley bridge. Now, Marco Island seems to be the only place in the world we want visit when we have time. We live in Oklahoma, so we only get to the island once or twice a year. But we have a great local property manager that handles all of the day to day needs of our guests. Walking on the beach collecting shells, taking a kayak trip to the near by 10 thousand islands, watching the sun as it sets each evening, or reading that book that we never had time to finish. This is the place to do it, and more.
Why the Owner Chose Surf Walk
My wife and I fell in love with this location the first time we saw it. Our condo is located just a short walk from the South Marco Beach entrance. In fact, it is even less than a 10 minute walk to nearby restaurants and hotels.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We have a very nicely furnished condo which is conveniently located. We also have free high-speed wireless internet for your use. This is a very spacious unit and has a large screened lanai accessible from the living room and master bedroom. It makes the unit much lighter than many condo units. You wont feel boxed in. We have all the kitchen gadgets you will need for your stay. We have beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart, and some beach toys for the little ones. This is a wonderful condo and everyone that stays here agrees with us once they experience it.

Perfect location! This condo is great - 1/2 mile from restaurants and two blocks from the local beach entrance. Also, the sunset grill is two blocks away - great for apps and cocktails during sunset time. The large lanai is wonderful to sit out on in the morning. We rented this condo for the whole month of april and will definitely rent this condo again.
