We stayed at the home twice in one year. The first stay was in the spring for over 5 weeks and the second stay was 2 weeks in the fall. This is the home to rent! We have rented VRBO homes all over the country and this is by far the best. The home is well taken care of and comfortable. The home is alway immaculate. The floor plan is very functional and works great with guests. .

Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+.

We stayed at this beautiful home for 9 days and it could not have been better. This home is exactly what you see in the pictures if not better. It is located on a quiet street and close to anything you wish to do. We stayed here while visiting our son at Nellis AFB and it was perfect for traveling to and from the Base. You do need a car to get around but everything from restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatres, shopping, and coffee shops are within blocks of this home. The home is warm, well decorated, and has all the conveniences you would want at your own home. We also had our pet with us and the backyard is fenced in so you do not have to worry about your best friend getting lost or hurt. The beds are so comfortable and every room has plenty of storage so that you can put things away and not live out of a suitcase. We loved it here and hope this home is available again when we visit. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and being able to feel like I am on a luxury vacation when I travel is our main consideration. This home made that possible and we could not find a negative thing to say. WE LOVED IT!!!!! Kendra is a great person too. Kathy and John from Wisconsin

The house is beautiful and looked nice as per description. Owner made us regret to rent the house. I've been renting vacation homes at various places and this is the only place that I had a bitter experience with the owner. When we left the home, we left it as the best we could and she charged 175$ for leaving the AC switch on. I would recommend to stay away from the property

Owner response:We have been renting our property for over 6 years and up until now have received nothing but GLOWING comments (18 to be exact). It's unfortunate when you get renters who come in and disrepect people's property. 99 percent of the people we have rented to leave the house in excellent condition and we can count on 1 hand the number of renters who we have had to withhold all or a portion of their Security Deposit, because most people want their money back and they behave accordingly. However this group (9 "adults" between ages of 23 -30) left the house in total disarray with a clogged overflowing toilet in one of the bathrooms with mess left all around without even so much as a phone call to the owner to let us know that toilet was clogged, left AC running in a continuous ON position in the middle of summer when we specifically state in the agreement to keep the AC on the PROGRAMMED position, not continuous run. So who knows how high the power bill will be. Left piles of soggy wet towels in the master bath hamper when we specifically asked that all linens be brought to the laundry room, did not strip beds as requested per the Rental Agreement, left trash strewn about the house, for some reason took the garage door off the track so we couldn't even open it with the automatic opener. They were hellions on wheels. It's people like this that you MUST require a Security Deposit, then they want to complain when they don't get all their money back. Only $150 was deducted, (the other $25 was already consented to in the rental agreement) but on further reflection, should have taken the entire $300.

my husband and i had to attend 6 tradeshows in Vegas during the month of Feb. 2011. So we decided to rent a house, stay for a month, and bring our 2 kids and Grandmother with us. This house has plenty of room and great accomodations. They really thought of everything down to extra hangers in the closets, and spices in the pantry. The hot tub was such a nice luxury after a long day of working the tradeshows. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! And it turned out there were kids living next door for my son to play with. It was really nice being able to get away from the stimulation of the strip and relax in this nice house on our off days. It can take 45 minutes to get to the strip with traffic, but most days it was a quick 20 minute drive. So if you have to go to Vegas for longer than a week I would definitely recommend this house. Last year we stayed in hotels for two weeks and we all went insane. You really can't spend more than a week on the strip or in a hotel. I'll be looking into this house again next year as well. We try to think of everything that you would need so you don't have to go out and spend money on incidental items you may only use once or twice. Also the King bed was a new addition. Beautiful House

We spent Thanksgiving week at the house. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, and beautifully decorated. Checking in was seamless; the owners left all necessary lights on to welcome us. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to go - the Strip and hiking locations. It's also close to all the necessities for living, like grocery and drug stores. The owners were very responsive, answering our questions and dealing with any issues. Thank you for a great vacation. We look forward to a return visit.

Could not have asked for a better place to live

I have spent the last 6.5 months at this house and I would sum up the experience in one word...outstanding! Kendall and Danyielle have taken great pains to provide a real home away from home. This house has eveything you would need to live there without needing to purchase additional items. It is very well decorated and extremely comfortable. They keep a very clean home and it is easy to maintain. The back yard is enclosed, private and cozy. It lends itself very well to private dinners or some quiet time with a glass of wine and your spouse. The neighborhood is quiet and provides a way to walk the dog when you do not want to go to the park. Speaking of the park and other locations...the house is very well situated for easy hwy access to Hwy 95 or 215. The location keeps you out of the very busy parts of town and it is just outside of the traffic backups that occur during rush hour(s). All general shopping desires are very close and again, easily accessed. I could not ask for anything better. If you are seeking a quiet place to relax while you work or recreate in the Las Vegas area I would highly recommend you consider this property. Ken

We stayed here for the month of January, it is a beautiful home, close to everything, shopping, restaurants, The Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park, plus we found a park nearby to walk our dog. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.

Thank you so much for your hospitality, Kendall! We enjoyed our stay at your house very much. We came to visit my dad in Summerlin & it's great that you are centrally located to most parts of Vegas, as well as being only a few minutes from the strip. The house was pleasantly clean and the backyard cozy. The open layout of the house was great, as well as the privacy of the master bedroom with its own backyard entrance. Loved the outdoor jacuzzi & the pool table--nice touches! We will definitely look you up again next time we're in Vegas! Thanks again!

We recently stayed over New Years and absolutely loved the house. It was even better than advertised as it was immaculate in every detail. Kendal was great through the rental process making it quite easy to make all the arrangements. The hot tub was great and eased our minds from the cold Midwest. It was nice to be off the strip towards the mountains and we had an incredible view of them from the driveway. We would highly recommend this home as it is in a very nice quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

We rented this home for 3 months whilst relocating from Florida and had a wonderful time. The home has everything you need, whether for short term or long. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is in a great location with easy access to downtown Las Vegas. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone, whatever their needs.
