  The home is beautifully appointed, every item is in place for your pleasure and ease. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans, dishes and tools. Even the remote controls for the TVs feel clean to the touch. Decorative towels, artistically folded attested to the care that has gone into preparation for your arrival. This is truly a home away from home. The back yard is fenced securely for your family dog. The house is on a quiet street with invisible neighbors. Handsome pine trees in the back yard provide shade and a gentle whispering as the wind blows through their needles. The owners have placed helpful notes and tips around the house on things such as the heat/ac control and other items that help you from wondering if you should "push", "pull", "twist" or "turn".

  The property is as described. What is most impressive is how clean and well kept it is. The decorations and amenities really make you feel at home. It is close to a great supermarket and all other shopping conveniences. There were absolutely no problems with anything during the stay. I’d certainly stay again.

  If you are looking for a beautiful home to stay in the Las Vegas area, look no further, this is the place. The house is beautiful, 3 great bedrooms, 2 great full bathrooms, pool table, dining area, very comfortable living area with big screen TV & kitchen with all the amenities conveniently located in the center of the house. We loved the layout. The mural in the dining room made us feel like we were in the French Riviera. The owners paid attention to every detail. There is also a very nice back yard with private hot tub. We loved having the attached 2 car garage, that way we could pack up the car the night before with all our outdoor gear & wake up & just take off for a day of exploring. We really loved the fully equipped kitchen. We did a big grocery shop, cooked breakfast & dinner every day & prepared lunch for our daily hiking excursions. Not only is the house beautiful, the owners were very pleasant to work with. My email inquiries were always answered promptly. The house is so nice, at first we just wanted to stay at home all week & enjoy it. But then we remembered we had come to Vegas to hike in the desert, but let me tell you, while we were hiking, we all were looking forward to coming home to this house to cook up a great dinner & relax to watch a movie on the big screen. All in all, a perfect way to spend a week. Don’t waste your money on a crowded hotel in Vegas, stay here instead, such a perfect house to come home to, relax in the hot tub, watch a movie on the big screen (the owners have a nice collection of DVDs). NEXT TIME WE COME TO VEGAS, WE DEFINITELY WILL BE STAYING HERE. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK KENDALL & DANYIELLE AGAIN FOR THE FRIENDLY WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND FOR THE PLEASURE OF HAVING US STAY IN THEIR BEAUTIFUL HOME.

  Outstanding on so many levels! Kendall & Danyelle overlook no detail in making this vacation home as comfortable and functional as can be. We got hooked on playing billiards in the evening after a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. The layout of the house afforded us privacy for our personal items while allowing us to entertain guests for cocktails either in the billiards room or the cozy t.v. room. Cooking meals was a breeze with every cooking device provided, even spices, sugar and flour, and some condiments. Plenty of extra linens for bed, bath and kitchen too. Loved the convenience of the attached garage to keep our rental car secure and cool. We brought our little Bichon Poodle and enjoyed long walks with him in this neighborhood of friendly people who take pride in their homes and made the entire experience positive and homey. Grocery store and all sorts of shopping within a short drive afforded maximum advantage to those with minimum time for running errands. Will definitely book this rental home again!

  A few friends and I traveled to Vegas for a weekend summer vacation. When we arrived to the house Kendall stopped by to give us a warm welcome. Kendall is a great host. The house was very well kept and there was plenty of room, and we rented for a very reasonable price. There was also a plate of freshly baked cookies when we arrived. I've never had the opportunity to rent a vacation home before, thanks to this experience I absolutely will do it again. If we ever take another Vegas vacation we will definitely contact Kendall again.

  My husband and I took our 14 year old grandson to LV to visit family and to sight see. From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The decoration and furnishings are lovely, comfortable and very clean. NIce neighborhood with nice neighbors too.There was every amenity available that we needed, and then some. We found a local new "Y" that we joined on a day to day basis. BTW the mural is even prettier in person. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning was comfortable and it was a perfect place to settle into at the end of the day. We loved being there and look forward to our next stay.

  The house was kept in pristine condition. Everything was incredibly clean and organized. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close enough to the attractions. It was about 20 min to the Strip and about the same to Red Rocks. It was also pet-friendly, which is hard to find! Owners even discounted the nightly rate due to a broken hot tub. Deposit is easy to get back-there are clear instructions on how to leave the house. I also liked that the house has keyless entry. We got there pretty late and it was nice not having to meet up for a key. Overall a pleasant experience for a very fair price! I received the deposit by mail by the promised date. Very respectable and dependable owners. We will be sure to keep it in mind next time we are in town.

  We have thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful house for our four month stay, December 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. We also appreciate this house being pet friendly. It was a treat walking into such a clean and tastefully decorated place. It is located close to good shopping areas. Hopefully, we will be able to return in the future. We would highly recommend your house to anyone interested in visiting Las Vegas for any reason.

  We stayed at the home twice in one year. The first stay was in the spring for over 5 weeks and the second stay was 2 weeks in the fall. This is the home to rent! We have rented VRBO homes all over the country and this is by far the best. The home is well taken care of and comfortable. The home is alway immaculate. The floor plan is very functional and works great with guests. .
