Relax in this spacious, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, three-bedroom, two-bath home. Sleeps up to seven. Whether you need a place for family vacation, romantic getaway, business meeting/retreat, relocating to Las Vegas, there is plenty of room for you to stretch out and unwind. House has custom paint, high ceilings, and open floor plan. Ceiling fans in every room. Recessed dimmable lighting throughout.

All beds have new mattresses and featherbed mattress covers for a cozy and comfortable rest. Master bedroom has Queen-size bed with Christopher Lowell designed comforter with private access to hot tub and separate tub and shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds ideal for children or adults. Third bedroom has full-size bed.

If you love to GOLF, Los Prados Golf Course and Painted Desert are just around the corner. If you are the outdoors type and enjoy hiking and sightseeing, we are only 20 minutes to RED ROCK CANYON. Only 15 minutes from LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY. This home is also near MT. CHARLESTON for the skiing enthusiasts or snow/nature lovers.

Near many local casinos like the Sun Coast, Cannery, and Texas Station with movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Then, of course, there is the Strip! We are only 20 minutes away from the FABULOUS LAS VEGAS STRIP.

Relax and unwind in the cozy family room with 32-inch TV and DVD player and butter soft leather sofa and overstuffed chair and ottoman. Cable TV also in each bedroom, VCR in master. We have a beautiful 8 FOOT OAK POOL TALBE and Pool Table Light in the large game room. We also have a lovely backyard with patio and lots of trees where you can barbecue or sit out in the HOT TUB and watch the stars at night.

Our house is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks in each and plenty of towels for your use. We also have local phone service and HIGH-SPEED CABLE CONNECTION (with ethernet connection)(bring your laptop.)

This home is ideally located in the northwest part of town near the mountains where it is peaceful and quiet and great views and near golf courses and Mt. Charleston. Also nearby is Centennial Center with over 50 stores and restaurants (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Target, Baja Fresh, Red Robins, IHOP and many more). There are also numerous stores right in the neighborhood (Albertsons, Smith's, Vons, Blockbuster, Starbucks, Papa Johns, Panda Express, Carl's Jr., McDonald's)

This house is moderately priced because we are a little farther out, but still close enough to everything to have lots of fun or just unwind and relax.

We came to visit my dad in Summerlin & it's great that you are centrally located to most parts of Vegas, as well as being only a few minutes from the strip. The house was pleasantly clean and the backyard cozy. The open layout of the house was great, as well as the privacy of the master bedroom with its own backyard entrance.   • We recently stayed over New Years and absolutely loved the house. It was even better than advertised as it was immaculate in every detail. Kendal was great through the rental process making it quite easy to make all the arrangements. The hot tub was great and eased our minds from the cold Midwest. It was nice to be off the strip towards the mountains and we had an incredible view of them from the driveway. We would highly recommend this home as it is in a very nice quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

  • We rented this home for 3 months whilst relocating from Florida and had a wonderful time. The home has everything you need, whether for short term or long. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is in a great location with easy access to downtown Las Vegas. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone, whatever their needs.

  • My husband and I and our little Yorkshire Terrier spent a full month in this beautifully decorated, spacious ranch home. It had absolutely everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, a fully supplied kitchen and two extra bedrooms (on the other end of the house) for our many guests. Our Yorki loved the fenced back yard and the hot tub was great after our day trips to Death Valley, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, etc. This home is in a great location for day trips outside of Vegas, yet very close to local shopping malls and casinos. The strip is about 25 minutes away. We had a wonderful time during our stay and couldn't have been more pleased with this home away from home!

  • We had a wonderful time and was extremley suprized at the beauty and comfort of this wonderful home. Since we were there for my daughters wedding we shared the house with my other 2 grown daughters and some of thier families. Even with 8 of us getting ready for the wedding at the same time we had plenty of room and no "fighting" for the bathroom that goes on at home! We all enjoyed the fact that we could share the extra time together that staying in a hotel room doesn't give you. The neighborhod was nice, safe feeling and quiet the entire time we were there. My youngest grandaughter (2 1/2 years old) cried and cried when we had to leave. She said " I don't want to go home. I want to live in the 'Pretty house'".   • I and my family stayed for 5 nights and meet New Year 2006 in this beautiful Kendall's house. I should say that we feel there like we live in our Morgan Hill home - very comfortable and relaxing. The house is just wonderfully decorated, new, light and was very well prepared to our arrival. Its location is very good also. Our stay was a combination of visiting shows on the strip (btw, Kendall recommended just great ones for us) and very spectacular local canyons (Red rock and Zion).
