The house was kept in pristine condition. Everything was incredibly clean and organized. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close enough to the attractions. It was about 20 min to the Strip and about the same to Red Rocks. It was also pet-friendly, which is hard to find! Owners even discounted the nightly rate due to a broken hot tub. Deposit is easy to get back-there are clear instructions on how to leave the house. I also liked that the house has keyless entry. We got there pretty late and it was nice not having to meet up for a key. Overall a pleasant experience for a very fair price! I received the deposit by mail by the promised date. Very respectable and dependable owners. We will be sure to keep it in mind next time we are in town.

We have thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful house for our four month stay, December 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. We also appreciate this house being pet friendly. It was a treat walking into such a clean and tastefully decorated place. It is located close to good shopping areas. Hopefully, we will be able to return in the future. We would highly recommend your house to anyone interested in visiting Las Vegas for any reason.

Two Times in One Year

We stayed at the home twice in one year. The first stay was in the spring for over 5 weeks and the second stay was 2 weeks in the fall. This is the home to rent! We have rented VRBO homes all over the country and this is by far the best. The home is well taken care of and comfortable. The home is alway immaculate. The floor plan is very functional and works great with guests. .

We stayed at this beautiful home for 9 days and it could not have been better. This home is exactly what you see in the pictures if not better. It is located on a quiet street and close to anything you wish to do. We stayed here while visiting our son at Nellis AFB and it was perfect for traveling to and from the Base. You do need a car to get around but everything from restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatres, shopping, and coffee shops are within blocks of this home. The home is warm, well decorated, and has all the conveniences you would want at your own home. We also had our pet with us and the backyard is fenced in so you do not have to worry about your best friend getting lost or hurt. The beds are so comfortable and every room has plenty of storage so that you can put things away and not live out of a suitcase. We loved it here and hope this home is available again when we visit. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and being able to feel like I am on a luxury vacation when I travel is our main consideration. This home made that possible and we could not find a negative thing to say. WE LOVED IT!!!!! Kendra is a great person too. Kathy and John from Wisconsin

The house is beautiful and looked nice as per description. Owner made us regret to rent the house. I've been renting vacation homes at various places and this is the only place that I had a bitter experience with the owner. When we left the home, we left it as the best we could and she charged 175$ for leaving the AC switch on. I would recommend to stay away from the property

Owner response:We have been renting our property for over 6 years and up until now have received nothing but GLOWING comments (18 to be exact). It's unfortunate when you get renters who come in and disrepect people's property. 99 percent of the people we have rented to leave the house in excellent condition and we can count on 1 hand the number of renters who we have had to withhold all or a portion of their Security Deposit, because most people want their money back and they behave accordingly. However this group (9 "adults" between ages of 23 -30) left the house in total disarray with a clogged overflowing toilet in one of the bathrooms with mess left all around without even so much as a phone call to the owner to let us know that toilet was clogged, left AC running in a continuous ON position in the middle of summer when we specifically state in the agreement to keep the AC on the PROGRAMMED position, not continuous run. So who knows how high the power bill will be. Left piles of soggy wet towels in the master bath hamper when we specifically asked that all linens be brought to the laundry room, did not strip beds as requested per the Rental Agreement, left trash strewn about the house, for some reason took the garage door off the track so we couldn't even open it with the automatic opener. They were hellions on wheels. It's people like this that you MUST require a Security Deposit, then they want to complain when they don't get all their money back. Only $150 was deducted, (the other $25 was already consented to in the rental agreement) but on further reflection, should have taken the entire $300.

my husband and i had to attend 6 tradeshows in Vegas during the month of Feb. 2011. So we decided to rent a house, stay for a month, and bring our 2 kids and Grandmother with us. This house has plenty of room and great accomodations. They really thought of everything down to extra hangers in the closets, and spices in the pantry. The hot tub was such a nice luxury after a long day of working the tradeshows. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! And it turned out there were kids living next door for my son to play with. It was really nice being able to get away from the stimulation of the strip and relax in this nice house on our off days. It can take 45 minutes to get to the strip with traffic, but most days it was a quick 20 minute drive. So if you have to go to Vegas for longer than a week I would definitely recommend this house. Last year we stayed in hotels for two weeks and we all went insane. You really can't spend more than a week on the strip or in a hotel. I'll be looking into this house again next year as well. Beautiful House

We spent Thanksgiving week at the house. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, and beautifully decorated. Checking in was seamless; the owners left all necessary lights on to welcome us. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to go - the Strip and hiking locations. It's also close to all the necessities for living, like grocery and drug stores. The owners were very responsive, answering our questions and dealing with any issues. Thank you for a great vacation. We look forward to a return visit.

Could not have asked for a better place to live

I have spent the last 6.5 months at this house and I would sum up the experience in one word...outstanding! Kendall and Danyielle have taken great pains to provide a real home away from home. This house has eveything you would need to live there without needing to purchase additional items. It is very well decorated and extremely comfortable. They keep a very clean home and it is easy to maintain. The back yard is enclosed, private and cozy. It lends itself very well to private dinners or some quiet time with a glass of wine and your spouse. The neighborhood is quiet and provides a way to walk the dog when you do not want to go to the park. Speaking of the park and other locations...the house is very well situated for easy hwy access to Hwy 95 or 215. The location keeps you out of the very busy parts of town and it is just outside of the traffic backups that occur during rush hour(s). All general shopping desires are very close and again, easily accessed. I could not ask for anything better. If you are seeking a quiet place to relax while you work or recreate in the Las Vegas area I would highly recommend you consider this property. Ken

We stayed here for the month of January, it is a beautiful home, close to everything, shopping, restaurants, The Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park, plus we found a park nearby to walk our dog. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.

We came to visit my dad in Summerlin & it's great that you are centrally located to most parts of Vegas, as well as being only a few minutes from the strip. The house was pleasantly clean and the backyard cozy. The open layout of the house was great, as well as the privacy of the master bedroom with its own backyard entrance. Loved the outdoor jacuzzi & the pool table--nice touches! We will definitely look you up again next time we're in Vegas! Thanks again!

We recently stayed over New Years and absolutely loved the house. It was even better than advertised as it was immaculate in every detail. Kendal was great through the rental process making it quite easy to make all the arrangements. The hot tub was great and eased our minds from the cold Midwest. It was nice to be off the strip towards the mountains and we had an incredible view of them from the driveway. We would highly recommend this home as it is in a very nice quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

We rented this home for 3 months whilst relocating from Florida and had a wonderful time. The home has everything you need, whether for short term or long. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is in a great location with easy access to downtown Las Vegas. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone, whatever their needs.

My husband and I and our little Yorkshire Terrier spent a full month in this beautifully decorated, spacious ranch home. It had absolutely everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, a fully supplied kitchen and two extra bedrooms (on the other end of the house) for our many guests. Our Yorki loved the fenced back yard and the hot tub was great after our day trips to Death Valley, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, etc. This home is in a great location for day trips outside of Vegas, yet very close to local shopping malls and casinos. The strip is about 25 minutes away. We had a wonderful time during our stay and couldn't have been more pleased with this home away from home!

Absolutely spectacular rental! This home was perfect for our needs while traveling for our kids' sporting event. There was not one detail missed in the decorating or overall comfort of the guests. Very attentive owner. We would love to come back if we are in the area again.

We had a wonderful time and was extremley suprized at the beauty and comfort of this wonderful home. Since we were there for my daughters wedding we shared the house with my other 2 grown daughters and some of thier families. Even with 8 of us getting ready for the wedding at the same time we had plenty of room and no "fighting" for the bathroom that goes on at home! We all enjoyed the fact that we could share the extra time together that staying in a hotel room doesn't give you. The neighborhod was nice, safe feeling and quiet the entire time we were there. My youngest grandaughter (2 1/2 years old) cried and cried when we had to leave. She said " I don't want to go home. I want to live in the 'Pretty house'". We all agreed that we would love to live there too! Thanks so much for making tghis time more special for us and for all the extras you added also! Shirley Brunner and Family

I and my family stayed for 5 nights and meet New Year 2006 in this beautiful Kendall's house. I should say that we feel there like we live in our Morgan Hill home - very comfortable and relaxing. The house is just wonderfully decorated, new, light and was very well prepared to our arrival. Its location is very good also. Our stay was a combination of visiting shows on the strip (btw, Kendall recommended just great ones for us) and very spectacular local canyons (Red rock and Zion). We (seven of us) had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully-decorated house. As others have commented, Kendall was a great hostess. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kendall has meticulously stocked the house, and we loved her simple touches. We did a lot of cooking in the fabulous kitchen. The location is perfect - a short drive to the Strip and other interesting places such as the Red Rock Canyon and the outlet mall. We strongly recommend a trip to the Valley of Fire to anyone interested in 150-million years old sand stones and sand dunes. Overall, we had a great time in Las Vegas. Thanks Kendall and we will be back!

The house was really wonderful and Kendall took such good care of us. We spent our days in Red Rocks, a short drive, and our evenings cooking "at home" in the fantastic kitchen. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever been in, it was hard to drag ourselves out each morning. But coffee on the peaceful patio got us going. The decor and all of the little extras made this great house a home. Thanks much to Kendall for allowing our dog and making us feel so welcome. I had really perfect time there with my girl friend. Everything was perfect for our RRRRomantic TTTTime. Kendall was the really perfect hostess. We just want to say what a wonderful time we had in Las Vegas and how much we enjoyed your home. Everything was perfect for our stay. Kendall and Danyielle were the perfect hostesses. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were immaculate and so well decorated and the kitchen is huge. We especially like the backyard with all the trees you have. We had breakfast out there several mornings. We did a lot of local things and also went to the Strip several times. Our stay was just what we needed -- relaxed and a total change of pace. The weather was great too. We'll certainly be back next year!
