  We had a wonderful stay at 5 Junket. The house has a lot of common living space and a nicely appointed kitchen. Elevator makes grocery and luggage carrying a breeze and the bedrooms are all large and private. Beach path is really nice also. We hope to return!

  We stayed here the week of July 4th, 2012. We had seven adults and four children. The floor plan is amazing for large groups because every bedroom has its own bathroom. The upstairs is divided into two wings from a split in the staircase so that feature even gives your more privacy! One wing has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and a full bath with a tub and the other has a king bed with a bath that includes a stand up shower. Perfect for a family of four! The other wing has two bedrooms, one with a king and full bath and the other has a queen and full bath. We didn't even hear our relatives in the other wing, it was as if we had our own little mini apartment within the house! The master is on the first floor and it has a huge walk in closet and large bathroom. And then there is a cute room off the kitchen that has a couch, built in bunk beds, tv and bathroom... Perfect for teenagers! The kitchen is fully equipped and all of the appliances work great! We were also there when it was triple digits and the a.c. worked amazingly well! House stayed very cool and we were all very comfortable there. Very short walk to the beach.. Perfect location in P.D. Very quiet and peaceful. The owner is also very good about emailing back and answering in detail, any questions and concerns you may have. Highly recommend this property!

  This was our first visit to 70911 and we are definitely coming back. The house was spacious and had plenty of private space to retire to as well. We went with two families and grandparents and all were comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed - better than most other places we have rented through VRBO for the past 10 years! The pool was a real treat and we loved the spa as well. Our only dissapointed was the TV's (especially the family room) for a place that pricey one would expect to have a high quality picture TV of a decent size. Given that there are so many things to do there we could overlook that. The location in relation to the beach and tennis courts was great. Overall a very enjoyable vacation! Thanks so much.

  My friends and I rented this beautiful beach home. There are no words or pictures that can describe its beauty, peaceful atmosphere and the fun we had. Private beach, pool and hot tub were only a few of the peaceful moments we found here. Immaculate! Everything you need stocked-from heating a pizza to making a pina colada then having a wonderful cup of coffee on the wrap around porch. The owners are helpful and AVAILABLE if needed. We found this beach house and are extremely happy. Already planning to book it next year. No other place will do! Mary T

  This is a very late review, but better late than never! I came here for my annual ladies trip last fall and we had a blast! Usually we go out every night, but this house and location was so great that we stayed in all but one night! It is large and comfortable for a large group, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving and you are literally steps to the beach! We watched the sun rise and set many times! We will book again this fall- my girls are spoiled!

  We had a great vacation at your beautiful beach house last week. The home had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. There was plenty of room for 4 families and the open floor plan worked well for us. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach is private and uncrowded. Furnishings in the home were tastful and well appointed. I would recommend this home without hesitation.

  This is long overdue – a tremendous thank you for a spectacular rental of your vacation home! As first-timers to Hilton Head, we absolutely loved the island, the atmosphere, the beach, and the home. We appreciate your help in everything you did to assist in making our vacation a memorable experience. As soon as we walked in the front door of the home, we were already talking about how to come back in future years. The kids had a blast and the relaxation was plentiful.   Kathy, just a quick note to tell you how MUCH we enjoyed your beautiful home! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The 85 steps to the beach was key and we are now spoiled forever. The open kitchen/first floor was amazing and your kitchen was fantastic and so well-stocked. Thank you again and we will definitely recommend your place to all our friends! P.S.   Our first visit to Hilton Head was spent at this WONDERFUL house. What a perfect choice for our large group of four families! The spacious kitchen and living area accommodated our group easily and the nicely furnished bedrooms offered privacy when needed. Can't think of anything that was lacking. The location of the home is ideal, in beautiful Palmetto Dunes, close to the beach with an ocean view from the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The pool was AWESOME! Hope we can return to HHI and this terrific house again soon.

  We are a group of 6 couples who visit HH every year. We have stayed at some large and elegant houses but this is the most comfortable home we have stayed at in the last ten years. The wide open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and sitting area allowed everyone to do their own thing and still feel connected to the group. All the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The pool and gazebo area is well shaded, very cozy and perfect for hanging out and having snacks and drinks before dinner. The wrap around deck was a nice feature that also offered a suprisingly clear ocean view. The house is convenient to all the best golf courses in the area and the ocean is only a one minute walk down the beach path. Our group highly recommends this house.
