We just got spent a week in the "Tropical Villa" and had the best vacation we have ever had! I honestly can't think of a better time we've ever had at a vacation rental. Staff was the friendliest bunch of people I have met at a resort (and we've been ALL over the world!) Very charming, unique, relaxed property and the pool area was paradise! We literally woke up every day and walked 1 minute down the road to the beach, laid out all day, returned to the pool, went in and cleaned up, then walked to the local bars and restaurants every night! You haven't lived till you've had a vacation like this! We WILL be back!!! Thanks!

Our first impression is that this place is not well kept. Holes in the walls, dirty floors, a rusted out fridge. We ended up moving to another unit where I caught a live roach and bagged him with the keys to the dump! Disgusting. Not a very nice place for a baby! I do not recommend this property to anyone.
Owner response:To be very clear, all rooms are 100% cleaned, swept, mopped and checked by management before ALL arrivals. There is a hole in the wall outside some units which is an exhaust fan vent from the bathroom, (they are normal and supposed to be there.) There is also a brand new refrigerator in the unit shown in this listing! We invite all guests to view the pictures of this ad and see for yourself the condition of this unit. Our property is very popular for couples with children, as we have a large pool area with grills, ping-pong table, washer & dryer and many loungers for just relaxing in the sun! Plus, you can't beat the less than 2 minute walk to the beach, which recently was ranked "#1 Beach in America!" We make every effort to ensure that all guests have a wonderful time while staying with us and receive everything they need and we guarantee to exceed all expectations! We invite you to try us out...we know you'll be back!
