The condo is very clean and very relaxing. Only 9 units total Tiki is on the 3rd flr middle unit. Gated so you have your own private access to the beach. I try to give you the best service and take care of of your needs.I will be happy to help you with any details. I have just updated the unit with new floors and Bedroom. Return customers will get coupons for the next visit to save on the rent or you may give them to friends or family.

You can enjoy having a cup of coffee in the morning or watching a beach sunset in the evening from your living room. Great kitchen fully-equipped. Plus washer and dryer. TV in living room and also in the bedroom with cable, both with VCR. You will sleep comfortable on a queen-size bed with new mattress. Plus a full bath and shower.

Also a comfortable queen size sofa bed and a single roller bed. Total sleeps 5. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation, and wont break your budget. The best prices on the Ocean. There is a lot to do plenty of restaurants, nightlife, fishing a public pier for fishing,You can walk to the pier from the condo. You can rent a fishing pole at the pier! Destin is only six miles to the east for the people who love to shop outlet mall 15 miles.

  • I've been to the island dozens of times and this was the best location I've ever had. The beach is so close and the view is wonderful. The condo is everything you could ask for and was like home in just a few minutes. Owners were outstanding to deal with and we are already planning to go back. The view is so outstanding that even though it rained one day while we were there we were still able to enjoy the ocean while sitting in comfort in the living room. The condo is also in a good location on the island. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully real soon!

  • This was our first trip to Florida, we enjoyed it very much. Condo is in nice central location, easy access, nicely furnished. Right on the white sandy beaches. Absolutely beautiful view, no crowds or waiting on elevators like the large condo complexes.Everything one could ask for in a vacation rental. 5 minutes to destin........would recommend this location highly, Owners are friendly and very easy to work with.   • We had a wonderful stay at the Tiki Beach. We always love going down to Fort Walton and are counting down the days until we can go back. We would defintely stay with Diane again. She saved us around $200 for just 3 nights stay.
