Tiki unit 32 is GREAT. We've stayed at alot of places in the Destin/Ft. Walton area and this was just wonderful. It's a nice quiet property, since we don't have kids that's what we prefer. We've never used VRBO before and where very happy. Diane was great in answering any questions we had. The location is very nice, the unit was clean, and the view, that goes without saying - AWESOME.!!!! We will definetely stay there again, I would recommend it to anyone - except for when we want to stay there. :-) Thanks Diane

Great Spring Break at a FL beach

I has the best time staying in this condo. I have stayed at a few VRBO condo's and was pleasently surprise that this condo was truely an excellent deal. I have never spent Spring Break at the beach before I stay in Tiki 32. This condo set the standard. I can't wait to come back withoutt the teenagers. They were so impressed with the white beach and couldn't get over how close the condo was to the beach. My only regret is that we only stayed for 4 days. Diane was wonderful to work with. Thank you for the wonderful occomidations.

The condo was exactly as described. Diane was very accomodating. The condo is well equipped. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck; we did see dolphins several times. It truly is steps away from the beach. My girlfriend and I wanted a relaxing week and we were not disappointed. You couldn't ask for better weather in September!!!!! The pull out sofa bed was comfortable. We are definitely going back and might consider staying longer. The location was perfect.

On July 29th thru Aug. 1st.. My family and I took our summer vacation from the very start we had such a blast at our stay in Diane's condo.. The place was very warm and relaxing.. Also has everything you could ever need even provided laundry detergent WOW!! .. Did i mention the view was spectacular!!! I would definitely recommend this condo to any of my family and friends and we are looking forward for our next stay next year!! Thank you so much Diane for all your help!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and directly on the beach. The condo is exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony was amazing to wake up to. It is so close to everything. The pier is very close for entertainment (piano bars) and dinning. We went for the 4th of July and the fireworks were going off right in front of the condo! It was a great relaxing time and I would definitly return. Diane is great to work with too.

This condo is so nice and clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown. It is directly on the beach and the view is absolutely amazing! Everything that we needed was in the condo and Diane is very easy to work with. I am already planning my next visit for this summer for me and my husband. I highly recommend that you choose to stay here!!

We stayed the last week of Oct. 2010 and had a great time. Diane's condo has everything you need and more! It was just as the pictures looked. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to move around and weren't stepping all over each other for lack of space. The condo has a balcony with a view directly of the beach and being on the third floor was good for viewing the beach and water. Seeing dolphins every day was exciting for our kids. We would recommend this condo because you get a great place without spending alot of money. We didn't need any of the extras you pay for in some of the other condo buildings so this worked out great. The condo was very clean and comfortable.The only problems we expericed were the screen sliding door not sliding open easily and the sleeper sofa was not comfortable to sleep on, which they normally aren't, for our 15 yr. old son. We will stay here again if we get back to the area. Diane is great to work with and went as far as to find activities to do, in the area, for Halloween with our daughter. Thanks Diane!

We visited in October 2010 and our stay was great. The condo is comfortable and well equiped as well as clean. It is right on the beach, and a very pleasant place for a weekend getaway or longer. The description of the condo is accurate and the owner, easy to deal with. We would definately recommend to others.

NO OIL JULY 4TH WEEKEND!! GREAT BEACH LOCATION!!

My wife and I stayed at Tiki #32 from Thurs-Mon over the 4th of July weekend 2010. It was great, and exactly as Diane had stated in her property description. This is a true "beach-lovers" condo; you can walk from inside the kitchen to the water in about 3 minutes. It is a purist's dream.Very clean and well-kept. The kitchen is a "cooks" kitchen, with a complete array of items for your stay. The towels are thick and new, and it is very convenient to have the lines furnished. The photos are accurate, but it is hard to imagine just how close it is to the beach. The view from the balcony is directly face-on, and could not be better. A tennis ball could be thrown from the balcony onto the beach. THERE IS A TOTAL ABSENCE OF OIL OR OIL SMELL ON THE BEACH OR IN THE WATER! There are crews constantly walking the beach, and the only evidence of oil we saw in our 4 days were about a dozen tarballs about the size of a pea. We spent the entire day Friday and Saturday walking the beach and a LOT of time in the water. The water was its usual clear green color, with higher waves than normal (due to Alex). It was perfect. There were dozens of families in the water, and the surfers were there to catch the larger-than-normal waves. It as great...we would return this week for a month if we could arrange it! Diane was exceptionally pleasant and very helpful with our plans. We have visited many beaches, and this one is VERY hard to beat. Her rates right now are exceptional. Call and talk to her, and if you have any question about our visit, ask her to give you my number. I will enjoy telling you of our trip to her beach house. JUST GO !!

I've been to the island dozens of times and this was the best location I've ever had. The beach is so close and the view is wonderful. The condo is everything you could ask for and was like home in just a few minutes. Owners were outstanding to deal with and we are already planning to go back. This is the way to visit the Gulf and is less expensive than hotels or other larger condos without the hassels. Thank you so much. Dale Wimberley

Very nice condo... spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is so outstanding that even though it rained one day while we were there we were still able to enjoy the ocean while sitting in comfort in the living room. The condo is also in a good location on the island. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully real soon!

This was our first trip to Florida, we enjoyed it very much. Condo is in nice central location, easy access, nicely furnished. Right on the white sandy beaches. Absolutely beautiful view, no crowds or waiting on elevators like the large condo complexes.Everything one could ask for in a vacation rental. 5 minutes to destin........would recommend this location highly, Owners are friendly and very easy to work with. The view from your condo really was breathtaking! It was so relaxing just to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins jumping in the ocean. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. It was a very cozy and relaxing place with everything we needed and I would love to stay again!

Tiki Beach is a wonderful 1 bedroom condo on the ocean with a breathtaking view. It is located next to the Island Princess and only has a total of 9 units. The condo is on the 3rd floor middle unit. Because being on the 3rd floor the view from the balcony is absolutely wonderful. We have are own private gated access to the beach and it is never crowded.
