Tiki Beach next to Island Princess. This Beautiful condominium on the beach, on the Gulf of Mexico.. Enjoy looking out from your private balcony ito the white sand and beautiful views. Great place to watch for sea life such as dolphins, turtles, and more.

The condo is very clean and very relaxing. Only 9 units total Tiki #32 is on the 3rd floor middle unit. Gated so you have your own private access to the beach. I will give you the best service and take care of of your needs.I will be happy to help you with any details. I have just updated the unit with new floors and Bedroom, new sofa. Return customers will get discountsfor the next visit to save on the rent or you may give them to friends or family.

You can enjoy having a cup of coffee in the morning or watching a beach sunset in the evening from your living room. Great kitchen fully-equipped. Plus washer and dryer. TV in living room and also in the bedroom with cable, both with VCR, DVD, Internet WI - FI. You will sleep comfortable on a King -size bed. Plus a full bath, shower vanity, blow dryer. Towels and linens provide.

Also a comfortable queen size sofa bed and a single roller bed. Total sleeps 5. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation, and wont break your budget. If you’re looking for a little piece of paradise you have found it. Tiki Beach, is directly on the beach with your own private balcony.

This is a beach front unit, but sorry no pool.

There is a lot to do plenty of restaurants, nightlife, fishing a public pier for fishing. You can walk to the pier from the condo. You can rent a fishing poles at the pier! Destin is only six miles to the east for the people who love to shop, outlet mall 15 miles.

Anniversary stay

This was our 2nd time here, its super cute, very homey and welcoming with a great view. The Condo is super clean, smells great and has everything you need for a your stay.

perfect place

If you want a great ocean view and a short walk to the beach, stay at this place. It was conveniently located, very clean, and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly when we had questions.

I bought Tiki because of the location. The unit is directly on the beach and when you open the blinds the view is incredible! All you see is beach, white sand and water, just breathtaking.

I know you will also fall in love with this unit.

What makes this property unique

Tiki has many updates, new sofa, new King size bed and new mattress. Tiki has all new windows and new sliding balcony door. Tiki is close to everything, directly on the beach, close to shopping, food, etc, so much to do. I will be happy to help you plan a wonderful vacation. I will send you a things to do list with a rental, plus coupons for $$$ off your next stay.
