Beautiful beach home completely decorated in a mixture of Carribean and West Indies motif located in a gated community on the signature thirteenth green with fantastic views of the Gulf and directly across the street from one of three community pools.
On the terrace level there is second den with a complete wet bar and access to the spa. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a professional ice maker and plenty of room for tmany cooks in the kitchen.
The main dune cross over is a short walk from 'kiva seacrets' and leads to the spectacular half mile of
private beach. There is access to a elevator on every floor making it convenient for carrying groceries and luggage to second and third floor living areas.
The Kiva Dunes Golf Resort offers the best in golf with the number one rated course in Alabama and rated #54 in golf digest for the USA in public courses.

On our visit to Kiva Seacrets we really enjoyed everything about this home. The location was great, with the golf course and beach in walking distance. We could not have asked for a better experience with our rental. The home offered many great things, such as 2 master bedrooms/bathrooms that were perfect for us. There is also 3 more bedrooms all with thier own bathrooms, which was perfect for the rest of our crew. The elevator in the home made it great for luggage and for the family members that were unable to walk steps! We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool is directly across the street. The beach is just a short walk away and we spent plenty of time there too. I would recommend if you are looking for the perfect vacation home to rent that you check out this house! So much to offer for the price!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: One of my favorite vacations is the beach. It is hard to find a beach more beautiful that Gulf Shores. My best family memories have been at Kiva Seacrets.
Why the Owner Chose Kiva Dunes:
Gulf Shores has fantastic beaches and great golf courses. You can do as little or much as you like to do on vacation. There are many good places to eat.. Kiva Dunes is a private community with 3 pools, golf and private beach. it is safe for riding bikes and 5 are in the garage.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Kiva Seacrets has 2 master suites. Both are the same design and size, just decorated slightly different. There are 2 living social areas that make it where guest can spread out and play games or watch TV. The decks are amazing 2 large screened in areas with views. The Kiva Dunes club house serves great food and you can walk there or ride a bike.
