60 Feet of floor to ceiling glass overlooking the gulf. East 402 at Seachase is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. ALL THE UNITS AT SEACHASE HAVE THE SAME FLOORPLAN. BUT NOT ALL UNITS HAVE BEEN UPDATED!!!!!!!

One Master Suite with floor to ceiling windows, King bed, 23" TV VCR/DVD combo, walk-in closet, dressing area and full bath. 2nd Master Suite with floor to ceiling windows, 2 Queen beds, 20" TV with VCR, walk-in closet, and full bath. Living room with sleeper sofa, love seat, large 32" TV, stereo with I-POD ADAPTER, DVD player, and VCR with an assortment of movies, CDs, and novels for your pleasure.

The dining area includes a table that will seat 6 people as well as a bar with seating for 4. Fully-equipped kitchen, recently added GRANITE Counter Tops. Both living and dining areas have floor to ceiling glass overlooking the Gulf with access to the balcony. The balcony is equipped with four comfortable rocking chairs and 2 lounge chairs, so you can sunbath on the privacy of your balcony. Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.

Condo was remodeled RECENTLY with new carpet,paint,kitchen cabinets,granite counter tops,and furniture. Our Condo features thick, oversized towels and high quality bedding for a relaxing stay. WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL ENJOY OUR UNIT. If you are looking for a bright, airy, well decorated, clean condo this is the condo for you. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT FIND A CLEANER UNIT!!!

My wife and kids were thrilled when we walked in, what a awsome view and your condo had everything furnished that we needed. The movie collection and books are great, even though we spent our time on the beautiful beach. I am very glad I found your condo on your web site. We will be coming back to stay again. For any one looking at this condo, it is huge and a family of 6-8 is very accomodating. The location is perfect to all your basic needs and is quiet at night. I would recommend this to any family looking for a condo that you can walk on to the beach, is clean and very beautiful. Jim thank you for the best vacation in a while.

  • We were "WOWED" from the moment we walked in looking at a condo that could be featured on the travel channel or HGTV. Everything was perfect. The view, furnishings, cookware, bedding and decor was way beyond out expectations. After driving over 1000 miles we felt welcome and relaxed when we walked in.
