I am very picky and looked for a VERY LONG time online for place that would meet my criteria plus those of my 16 yr old daughter and friend, which is a tall order! I even went on google streets and "drove" down Hwy 98 to check from as many angles as possible. This place was exactly what I was looking for (clean, nicely decorated, not a high rise), had the rooms/bed layout needed and oh that view! The girls could walk to Pier Park or catch the trolley, see only enough of the spring break atmosphere as I wanted them too but were away from the wild craziness! Jim is very nice and helpful. The unit is very well equipped with 95% of everything we needed! I highly recommend this unit and hope I get to come back many many more times!

The three of us, my husband, our doxie, and I had a very enjoyable month in unit E402. The weather couldn't have been any nicer for the month of January this year. All claims made by the owner were accurate and certainly met our expectations. Everything we needed was nearby and of walking distance for most. Groceries, dining, Pier Park, beach walking, the trolley are right there. Perhaps the most spectacular amenity is the glass front to the beach, it is certainly a "WOW" in our book. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

My husband and I flew to PCB in late October 2011 with his elderly parents. We all TRULY LOVED your gorgeous condo from the minute we walked in the door, i.e., the beautiful decor, the soothing colors, the comfortable, upscale furnishings, the combination entry that worked so well for 4 adults, the "roommate" layout, the large balcony, and best of all, the fabulous views of the ocean and beach from the full length windows - from all the rooms, even the kitchen! The condo was fully stocked and super-clean. There was plenty of room to spread out and not be in each other's way. My father-in-law sure enjoyed watching the World Series on the huge TV. Both in-laws really liked being away from the larger, busier condos and that the beach was so close and uncrowded. Parking underneath the building in the parking garage, out of the weather, and near the elevators was very convenient. Being close to the mall and to the airport was nice, too. An absolutely beautiful stay, we all hated to leave!

This was our first time staying at Seachase & we LOVED it!!! Your condo was decorated so beautiful, it had all the comforts of home. It was really nice of you to let us use the beach chairs. I have never spent so much time on the beach as I did the stay & it was all because of the chairs. This was all around a perfect trip. I would highly recommend your condo to others. I can't say enough good things about your condo, it was a wonderful stay! Thanks for letting me & my family use your condo, we will be back again!

This was not our first stay @ Seachase so, when we called for reservations, we were disappointed to hear that the unit we usually stayed in was not available. However, lucky us, this one was. We loved this unit from the minute we walked in the door. Everything was exactly as described on the website and more; beautiful decor, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable beds with first class linens (the only thing that got us out bed everyday was the beach view that called for us to come on down), beach chairs (even an umbrella) and, if we decided to stay in, books and dvds for our entertainment. Another plus was the furniture and gas grill on the balcony. Our next trip to FL will be planned when this unit is available! Thanks, Jim, for sharing your condo and for being available to assist when needed.

I love your condo thank you so much for fixing the plugs so fast. I love not having a key and just using a combination to get in and out very convenient. Best Condo in Panama City Beach!

This condo is Beautiful! It has great views from both bedrooms and the living/dining area. Its in a great location near resturants and a grocery store. Pier park is less than 1.5 miles from Seachase. Very clean and well kept. The beach is uncrowded. This condo is by far the best stocked that we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed reading some of the many books available to read and even put a couple of puzzles together. You will not be disappointed with this condo!! Thanks again Jim for letting us stay in this GREAT condo!

Wonderful location, beautiful condo and every amenity was there at our disposal. We found everything exactly as described, very clean and well kept. Also found the owner to be very prompt in answering my questions and also promptly returning my deposit after my departure. We have already recommended this unit to several of our friends who will be going down. Location is ideal with many good restaurants, a nice mini mall, theater, rides and attractions for children and large supermarket all within a 1 -2 mile radius. This condo is located in an area great for children or older people. The traffic is lighter and the beach is not crowded. Book ahead if possible to avoid disappointment. We only had one problem and that was HAVING TO LEAVE, however we are planning to return soon.

White Sock Clean!

We have stayed at Seachase for the past 3 years so we are accustomed to the beautiful vistas from every room in the condo. Imagine our delight when we found the condo to be "white sock clean"! (I.E. - we could walk around the condo in white socks and not get them dirty). My sister and I like to cook so we always bring our crock pot, iron skillet (for stir fry), chef's knives, and our spices. Again, imagine our smiles when we found that you had already stocked the condo with all those things AND some delightful cookbooks! We found many recent movies and a wonderful library of great books. Thank you! We hope to return again and again.

Wonderful! The layout and size of this place is awesome! My husband and 4 college kids had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each others way. Everything was high end top of the line and made the stay very comfortable. The view of the beach is breath taking! The beach was not crowded like it is at those high rise places. We will definately be visiting this place again!

We have totally enjoyed our third stay at Seachase. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and the view is the absolute best. Going down to the beach is great, but you can still enjoy the beauty of the beach from the balcony and even from the bed! The listing photos are very accurate. The owner has always been extremely nice and helpful. This is a great place to stay even if you never leave the property, but Pier Park is just down the road with good food and shopping. We especially like Margaritaville. Our family frequently recommends Seachase to anyone planning a visit to PCB.

What a beautiful condo! Everything was perfect. The view was amazing. The location was ideal. We had a wonderful vacation. Jim, Your condo was more than we expected and beautiful, clean and home feeling. My wife and kids were thrilled when we walked in, what a awsome view and your condo had everything furnished that we needed. The movie collection and books are great, even though we spent our time on the beautiful beach. I am very glad I found your condo on your web site. We will be coming back to stay again. We were "WOWED" from the moment we walked in looking at a condo that could be featured on the travel channel or HGTV. Everything was perfect. The view, furnishings, cookware, bedding and decor was way beyond out expectations. After driving over 1000 miles we felt welcome and relaxed when we walked in. Spacious and clean. This is the cleanest condo we have had in Panama City Beach. Nicely decorated. We enjoyed all the extras provided, especially the nice linens. Gorgeous view of the beach. Deck is nice for reading, relaxing and napping. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
