SUNDANCE...$975/night (1/15/09-1/25), 7 night minimum
HOLIDAYS...$750/night(12/12-12/27/08, 4 night minimum)
Spring/Summer ... $250/night or $1,500/wk (04/13-12/11), 4 night minimum
$750 Security Deposit due three weeks prior to arrival. ($1,000 during Sundance).
50% of total rate due within 7 days. Bal plus Security due 3 wks before arrival.
Utah Tax of 10.35% not included. Checks & Money Order ONLY.
$130 cleaning fee per week. Mid-week cleaning required for Sundance - total $260
