Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We originally looked in Deer Valley but love Old Town and wanted our children to have some freedom when they were older. While we all enjoy skiing, our favorite thing to do is to walk to Main Street for dinner. Especially in the snow! (And, it's so nice to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot and watching what we drink :).
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Great restaurants, fun outdoor activities, beautiful year round. We enjoy Park City as much in the other seasons as we do in the winter. We white water raft in the spring and water ski, hike and bike in the summer. We like to ski but also enjoy other winter sports and Park City has it all. The restaurants and nightlife are much more fun than we anticipated!
Owner's Map of Private Homes
We live in Los Angeles but love the mountains and the change of scenery. We purchased this property as a 2nd home/rental property and because we want our children to experience the mountains, skiing and lakes. We hope to retire in Park City someday.

We spent a wonderful week in this house. The owners were awesome to work with and the house had every amenity. Great location to the town for those who may not like to ski. The house was large and comfortable for the seven of us. Looking forward to returning.

We had a fabulous time. We had 2 families...4 adults and 4 children.... There was plenty of room for all of us. The walk to main street is very short and easy. Not too many steps like there are at other locations. A very short walk to the town lift was quite nice with little ones in ski boots.( no one complained). Yeah. This house was everything we needed... which definitely includes the hot tub for the sore muscles after an intense day of skiing.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Great location with a short walk to Main St. Our group loved the freedom to be able to walk into town when we wanted, never needed a car. The bus stop is just as close if you plan on skiing Deer Valley or the Canyons. And skiing Park City Mountain is a breeze as the town lift is just a 2 minute walk. Condo is spacious and cozy. Wish we didn't have to come home!

I'm almost hesitant to write this, as we want to keep the place all for ourselves! Nonetheless, we stayed for the duration of Sundance, and were exceedingly impressed. The location was unbeatable, the house was beautiful, and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't recommend it more!

We loved our stay. The house is lovely, well-equipped, and in an excellent location -- we could not have done better! The beds are very comfortable, everything is clean and up to date. Our party of 7 fit very well.

My family of 4 spent a week at This house in February and had a wonderful experience. We shared the house for three nights with a family of five and had plenty of room. Great location near all three mountains. Close to town and town lift. Warm an spacious. Would rent again.
