Completely remodeled and located only 2 blocks from Main Street and directly across the street from Carter Park and the Free Shuttle stop. This house has a cabin feel but with all the comforts. A perfect location that allows you to walk to all the restaurants & shops. The ski lift at the base of Peak 9 is only a 5 minute walk!
Besides it's great location, this house is spacious and well furnished. The living room has a new flat-screen HDTV and a new warm gas fireplace. A large deck complements the upper living area and boasts a Jacuzzi Hot Tub. The full kitchen has everything you could need including new granite countertops and a double oven. Next to the kitchen you will find the breakfast nook and adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area.
On the lower level you have the entertainment room with a pool table and another television.
The master bedroom, located on the main level, has a king size bed and a television. A large, full bathroom with tub/shower combo is located next to the master bedroom on the main level.
Downstairs you will find the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and the other with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The 2nd full bathroom is also located downstairs. Also located downstairs is the entertainment room with a pool table, another TV and 2 twin sofa/beds if you need to accommodate more people.
This very affordable and cozy home can accommodate up to 11 guest and includes free broadband wifi internet access!

We planned our two week stay at the last minute. This cabin had everything we were looking for. Ignore the rather bland exterior, the newly upgraded interior is fantastic. Our kids are loving the downstairs rooms with pool table. The upstairs is charming and cozy. It was also very clean, with nice linens and bedding. Carlos was so easy and friendly to work with. This is a great family place. Our kids are happy to be able to walk to downtown easily, and I intend to walk the dogs to Starbucks every morning ( a mere 10 minute walk, if that). BTW, we ourselves are VRBO cabin owners, and have stayed at several VRBO rentals, including 2 others in Breck over the last 4 years. We will definelty come back to this one and recommend to friends.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
