Three bedroom (king in master, two queens in second bedroom, and one queen in third bedroom) plus den (queen sleeper-sofa), separate master bathroom with jet tub, guest bathroom with large shower, living room, family room, sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, woodburning fireplace, beamed cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard with large screened-in heated pool (pool gated to prevent small children access)and a west-facing terrace to watch amazing sunsets. All amenities/equipment for beach, golf, tennis and 4 bikes. All entertainment facilities, including high speed internet/wireless and desktop computer plus new 42 inch hdtv with premium channels and a second hdtv in the kitchen/sunroom area.

One minute stroll to the beach with no street to cross or condo complex to navigate; just straight down the quiet sand and shell road that dead-ends at one end on the gulf and at the other on the bay, both for sand, shelling, and tranquility. Less than a minute walk to east end dining, shops, and market. Convenient location with easy access to the causeway for trips on and off the island. Near marina, lighthouse, fishing pier, and just off the bike path that can take you throughout the island.
