Please note - there is only parking for 3 vehicles at each home in The Villages of Crystal Beach, all others will be towed by the management company at the owners expense.

1st Floor - When you enter into the Great Room of the home, It has a Fresh Florida Feel with Soft Yellow Walls, Broad White Base Board and Crown Molding, and Travertine floors with a beautiful glossy shine. There is a seating area with a Flat Screen T.V. and DVD Player, the home is also equipped with Wi-Fi. The furniture is kept in Clean Condition. The Great Room also has a dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with most things you would find in your own home kitchen, including 2 Coffee Makers, Blender, Ice Maker, Toaster and Knife Sets. The wristbands for the pool are in the kitchen on the counter! There is also a Half Bath located just off of the Great Room.

1st Floor Master Suite - has a Poster King bed and Beautiful Cindy Crawford Design Furniture. The bathroom has a Walk-in Shower, Separate Jetted Tub and Vanity with Double Sinks. It also has a walk-in closet, this is where a Highchair and Pack-N-Play are located.

2nd Floor - has a 2nd living area with Wet Bar, Mini Fridge and Microwave. The Couches are comfortable and in good condition. There is a Flat Screen with Blue Ray Disc Player and VHS Player, there is a Bar Top Table and chairs also in this Living Area. Adjacent to the Living Room is a door that leads to the 2nd floor balcony. The Full Size Washer and Dryer are also located on this floor in the Laundry Room along with Ironing Board and Iron. This floor has a full bathroom with a large vanity and tub/shower combination. There is a King Bedroom with a Flat Screen on the dresser, Walk -in Closet and nicely appointed Bedroom Furniture. There is also a Queen Bedroom with a Flat Screen on the dresser and a Full Closet.

3rd Floor - the 1st bedroom has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen with a door leading to the 3rd Floor Balcony, the 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, Flat Screen and also a door leading to the 3rd Floor Balcony. The 3rd Bedroom is the bunk room with a Flat Screen and built-in DVD player.

The front porch has a gas grill on one side for the days you fell like grilling.

We are a 10 minute walk to multiple beach access and a 30 second walk to the Pool Complex. There is also a Free on call Beach Shuttle that serves only our community, it will take you to one of the Beach Access. There is a Walking, Jogging, and Biking Trail 6 feet wide and paved that runs for miles along old 98 by the beach, a couple blocks from the complex rear entrance.

The pool complex is huge with Waterfalls, Palms and Rock Formations. It is Heated from early March to mid April for Spring Break. There is a large Hot Tub, and dining area at one end of the pool complex. There is a Tiki Bar Area with Flat Screen and Cooler at the other end. There are bathrooms and showers to wash off the sand from the beach. There is piped music throughout and the pool is heated during the Spring Break months. We have a pool monitor on duty to check wristbands and see that guests of the community follow the rules.

SEASPRAY is a 6 bedroom home with beds for 12 to 14 people, with the two living rooms, the adults can gather on the first floor while the kids play in the other living room on the second floor - There is plenty of room to spread out on a rainy day.
