Relax on the private powder white beach of the Emerald Coast or enjoy lying around one of the five pools available to you. If you enjoy playing golf, hit the greens of the par three nine hole course on the property FREE of charge.

The Condo has been completely renovated and decorated just like home. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV and VCR. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, stereo, TV with DVD/VCR combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There are two decks, one with a gas grill and one overlooking the canal with lounge furniture. If you like you can dock your boat or jet ski in the canal. There are six tennis courts for you that enjoy playing. Feel free to let your children play outside because there is 24/7 security.

It is only a short walk to the private beach. There is a pavilion located there with bathrooms, picnic tables, grilles, and a snack bar. Come and enjoy this wonderful home away from home.
