Balcony view of lake - Cape Canaveral Condominium This condominium is found in the beautiful Solana Lake community. There is a direct private walkway to the beach, just a few steps away. The sunrises over the ocean are spectacular, as are the Kennedy Space Center rocket launches which can be seen from the balcony. The ample living area is 1700 square feet, with a private, tiled balcony (216 square feet), which overlooks the lake. The master bath has a separate shower and Roman tub. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom suite and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. The complex is situated about five minutes from Port Canaveral where you will find the Sterling and Sun Cruz casino ships. A couple more miles along the port is where the major cruise ships dock, such as Royal Caribbean, Disney, Carnival, etc. You can see them leaving/entering the port from the balcony. Countless restaurants can be found in nearby Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island. A large, one-car garage is included for your convenience. It is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy. Solana Lake is a friendly community, and above all, is quiet and serene.
