Second bedroom across from bath has full bed and down 3 stairs are two more rooms: one with 1 queen bed and another with a quen futon bunk bed with a single on top. Laundry area includes full size washer and dryer.
Huge screened covered porch with built in BBQ and drink refrigerator. Tiered deck on canal with gazebo and lots of chairs and umbrellas ready for relaxing in the sun. Boat dockage for up to 28' boat included in price. Fish cleaning table and outdoor shower on deck.
