Casa de las Brisas is a beautiful, architect designed home located on 10.3 acres with 360 views of mountains and treed-countryside with outdoor hot tub the in-ground swimming pool is closed for the season. We have recently converted to an in-home bed and breakfast setting with a private chef in residence who can prepare a gourmet breakfast for you each morning of your stay. A bedroom with 2 queens and 1/2 bath as well as a single bedroom with 3/4 bath is available to meet the needs of 4-6 people. A 3-night minimum stay please.
As you enter the home into the dining area, the ceiling soars 2 stories. The dining area is furnished with a gorgeous antique table and sideboard in front of the kiva fireplace. To the right up 4 stairs is the full kitchen with pans, dishes and linens, and the breakfast seating area. You can use this area to cook other meals during the day when the chef is at work. Down the gallery, you will find a laundry area, and a bedroom with queen-sized bed with shower and a computer hookup with high-speed satellite internet service. We cannot provide a computer because of virus considerations.
At the north end of the house up 6 stairs is the family room with a 27" flat screen TV, surround system and DVD/CD player. You can walk from the family room to the pool area through the lovely treed-landscape.
The sunny 3rd bedroom just off the family room has 2 Queen beds with a lovely etched entry door and window. The bathroom is located just across the family room, is a spacious 1/2 bath. The owners have filled the house with an eclectic mix of paintings, books and DVDs/CDs. Barbecue on patio. Neighborhood tennis court is just 1 mile away.
